13/4/2015 07:55 | Imaginatik Plc ("Imaginatik" or "the Company") Contract Wins Imaginatik plc (AIM: IMTK.L), the world's first full service innovation provider offering a full range of consultancy and technology products, is pleased to announce that it has secured two contracts, further highlighting its market leading offering. The second contract, signed with a global retail consumer products company following a competitive tender, involves Imaginatik providing its consultancy services in furthering the development and valuation of the client's portfolio of potential future disruptive technologies. This contract exemplifies Imaginatik's global capabilities and represents a further vindication of the Company's innovative approach to product development consultation. Matt Cooper, Non-Executive Chairman, said: "I am delighted to announce our success in securing two additional contracts in the final stages of our financial year. 14/3/2015 09:52 | I believe RCDO fully explored TRK's technologies.Indeed they had their own Flywheel which progressed to testing within the Brighton bus fleet. | mudbath
02/3/2015 10:38 | mb - just noticed this - see my comment of 2 mins ago on trk! | supernumerary
02/3/2015 10:17 | supernumerary. I too was quite excited about the potential for IMTK to grow.I remember however that you planted a seed of caution, resulting in my speedy exit prior to the share price weakness. I have a "thing" for STL and that's about me currently;although I am continually on the look out for a profitable play. I saw your comment over on TRK about Ricardo. My son is a specialist CE there,so I will ask him what he knows. | mudbath
16/2/2015 19:40 | You did pretty well to escape unscathed from this particular train wreck. Seems to have stabilised, which is good; I like what they do - helping companies profit from ideas - so that's positive too; it's just woefully underfunded and everything they ever put out seems so diffuse and full of jargon I find it hard to believe they'll turn it into the global business it potentially could be. Re the bottom-fishing I seem to remember you from BYOT and CRAW, so plenty of experience at the flatfish end of the market? As you say there are lots of them, most of which will disappear having lost all their investors' money. It's only survivor bias that keeps them alive ;¬) Think IMTK's better than that, although I wouldn't put my pension on it! | supernumerary
16/2/2015 18:29 | Hello supernumerary. I had a very brief flirtation with IMTK a couple of years ago and escaped unscathed. It does look a bit bottomish;yet so do a multiplicity of other AIM stocks. Good fun to follow them all though, imo. | mudbath
11/2/2015 23:38 | Well, money's money, isn't it? I wouldn't have lent them mine without a very close look at the books, and even then I might have hesitated. Well actually I wouldn't have touched it with a barge-pole, so I guess that's what I meant by commitment :) Good positive statement today I thought, and a pity it wasn't met with much enthusiasm by the market (although the price movement doesn't reflect the trades reported by advfn so perhaps an interesting discrepancy.) Glad to see MC's taking my advice and writing in proper direct English - vast improvement over some of the froth they've released in the past. It's part of company culture so I hope he can propagate that discipline down to everything they produce in the future, to customers as well as investors. muddy - you invested here? Or just bottom-fishing? | supernumerary
03/2/2015 09:47 | I am not too sure whether the loan equated to "commitment". | mudbath
19/1/2015 09:44 | And nice to see a bit of commitment from the board - rare on AIM! | supernumerary

19/1/2015 08:35 | Imaginatik Plc ("Imaginatik" or "the Company") Director Loan Imaginatik plc (AIM: IMTK.L), the world's first full service innovation provider offering a range of consultancy and technology products, announces that Matt Cooper, Non-Executive Chairman, has agreed to lend to the Company the sum of $250,000 (the "Loan") for use in connection with the Company's short term working capital requirements pending receipt of funds due from certain clients and to cover minor delays in closing out several new contracts. The Loan is unsecured, carries interest at a rate of 10 per cent. per annum and is available to be drawn down in one tranche. The Loan is repayable in full together with all accrued interest in six months' time. As Matt Cooper is a director of the Company, the Loan constitutes a related party transaction pursuant to AIM Rule 13. The independent directors (being Ralph Welborn, Shawn Taylor and Simon Charles) consider, having consulted with the company's nominated adviser, finnCap Limited, that the terms of the Loan are fair and reasonable insofar as its shareholders are concerned. Matt Cooper, Non-Executive Chairman, said: "The company is making good progress with its biggest ever sales pipeline of new business opportunities, and I am delighted to be able to provide short term funding in anticipation of revenues from contracts that have been slightly delayed beyond their expected completion in December 2014 and to cover short term delays on receiving cash on contracted business. The Board looks forward to giving an update on trading in due course" | liquid millionaire

18/12/2014 12:36 | Should see a gradual move back to sustainable levels here. 25K through at full offer will probably mean 4p goes shortly. | knowing
17/12/2014 10:36 | Caradog - yes, very true, but at least he can now spell 'focused' correctly! This is the famous Orwell piece on writing plain English: His example 5 is a superb case of 'double-up speak' - even MC could learn from that. And, of course, well done IMTK! | supernumerary

17/12/2014 07:33 | Imaginatik Plc ("Imaginatik" or the "Company") Five Year Contract Win Imaginatik plc (AIM: IMTK.L), the world's first full service innovation provider offering a range of consultancy and technology products, is pleased to announce it has signed a significant five-year technology and consultancy contract with a global manufacturer of construction and mining equipment. This contract win is a significant extension of an initial consultancy engagement with the customer which was announced and commenced in March this year. Following positive results and a competitive tender process, the customer has now signed a long term contract with Imaginatik for the delivery of a full technology platform with some additional consultancy services. The customer selected Imaginatik as a result of its comprehensive and scalable offering, as well as its focus on customer service. Matt Cooper, Non-Executive Chairman of Imaginatik, commented, "This is another good win for Imaginatik and is testament to the high quality services and tangible results we deliver to our customers. We were able to demonstrate in a short amount of time the substantial business benefits that can be derived from a concerted focus on innovation, and following this, the customer has committed to investing in a full platform to help catalyze and build a deep and sustainable innovation competency within its organisation to capture new sources of value over and over again. "Our focused offering, combining a world-class software platform and distinctive consultancy services, makes us a high impact partner for those interested in catalyzing and capturing new sources of value, with speed and scale." | liquid millionaire
17/12/2014 07:22 | Another contract announced. Apparently you can combine catalyse with any other verb, not just catalyse and build, or catalyse and capture. This is good news. No longer will I have to make porridge and get dressed in the morning, I shall henceforth catalyse and cook my chosen carbohydrate (nice bit of alliteration there), before I catalyse and clothe myself at this hour. | caradog
16/12/2014 15:14 | Well you know what PR consultants practice and do - they use and insert two verbs when one will do and suffice. No doubt they cook and boil an egg for breakfast before travelling and driving to work where they murder and slaughter the English language. I believe they get paid and remunerated by the verb. | caradog
16/12/2014 10:40 | Yes, progress being made here, albeit slowly and from a very modest base. I do wish though that MC would get someone to review his RNSs. Such a depressing display of flaccid, meandering prose. Is it too much to ask that he should avoid the passive voice and stop stringing weak verbs together? Why "I am delighted to announce that we are able to add" rather than "I am delighted that we have added"? Why "We are seeing more and more financial services organisations in particular" rather than "More and more financial services organisations are"? Why "catalyse and develop" and "help navigate and adapt"? The interim report was even worse - it made it look as though the company does nothing useful, just trades verbiage and banalities. The daft names for their products should go straight to Pseuds' Corner and never be allowed out again. I fear that their marketing information is equally feeble; if so it needs to be reviewed and rewritten urgently to give prospective customers something solid to crunch on. | supernumerary
16/12/2014 07:40 | Contract win Imaginatik plc (AIM: IMTK.L), the world's first full service innovation provider offering a range of technology products and consultancy services, is pleased to announce that it has signed a one year technology and consulting contract with a UK-based leading international investment management group. Under the terms of the contract Imaginatik will provide its consulting expertise and technology platform to help the customer start its own innovation journey and help catalyse, develop and embed an innovation competency across the business. Matt Cooper, Non-Executive Chairman, commented: "I am delighted to announce that we are able to add this international investment management group to our customer base and grow our reach further within the financial services sector. We are seeing more and more financial services organisations in particular looking to catalyse and develop an innovation strategy to help navigate and adapt to an increasingly dynamic and evolving marketplace. We look forward to helping the customer build a sustainable innovation competence through the provision of both consultancy and technology to help them identify and capture new sources of value, in support of their business and growth strategy." | liquid millionaire
