yes, I noticed that too, albeit it is only 5% - waiting patiently for the proposed deal with the pension regulator to be announced

Fidelity have just sold their 10% stake... but who to? Does this mean a bid is in the air?

well, that's me topped up with another 100k at 1.1p - can't believe with the improvement in trading and the possible pension windfall to be announced in the next couple of months that we are trading at this level!

A very encouraging turnaround IMHO - now operating profitably, but the most exciting bit is that, subject to approval by the pension regulator, they have no liability for the £5m pension deficit and have offered him 75k in full settlement. Net assets of £2.2m will more than treble to £7.2m once this is approved. Also looks like a nice deal to buy the pressing and artworks company in Scotland for £37k with a turnover of £1.5m.

The results look quite promising. The possibility that they may wriggle out of a £5m pension liability that has been on the books for years is somewhat surprising to say the least.

80% up now!!! - possible bid at these depressed levels as no real trading today? There have certainly been blocks of several million shares going through in last couple of weeks - guess the company will have to issue an RNS if there has been an approach, given today's rise.

This is a buyer's market. If you see a wide spread, and there have been more sells than buys, you should be able to trade well inside it as a buyer.IF you can't,pick another stock.
If your broker thinks this is a bad idea, pick another broker !

Expect an announcement soon regarding those two buys last week. Must have been director buying again. Here's hoping anyway.

I have been a bit quick off the mark with the 1.75m buy, it was in fact only 1.5m.

melony, I agree entirely about the huge spread, absolutely kills any trading. Saying that though, I see two large buys today, one of 2m and one of 1.75m shows the same confidence that I hold.

If they have such a pathetic share price and they are still playing down their result, then they must be a tad s.... With a spread of 60%, the mms are set to kill off the company anyway.

From where we were to where we are, I think the results are encouraging for the future. They now have clients on board and are actively going for additional workloads. I suggest you read through the results again callumross and see how they have been played down a tad.

"The results are quite encouraging though." - garykc - you're having a laugh, arent you?
