A licencing deal for Stearax 250 would be nice but a double stacked battery chip prototype would be better.

Yes that is for sure, it's the way it is always done. There will be an RNS soon of a licencing deal, the placees make their quick 50% and everyone happy until the next

I'd noticed they had massaged the figures but thought I'd not bother to bring that up. One way or another it's achieved a reasonable end result in a timely manner...so long as they bring home the bacon!!!

It is encouraging that they have raised £6M at all imo.

As pointed out, they must have convinced someone that something more than the Stearax 250 is coming soon.

They must have told the placees something, otherwise why would they take this offer up? We haven't had substantive news on either commercial sales or technical development since April...

BTW was I the only person who watched that video who was reminded of Eurotrash? Those 2 guys were de Caunes and Gaultier to the life - all it needed was Lolo Ferrari to waddle on. They really need to up their game with the marketing.

Perhaps they should talk to these guys:

It's actually over 19% dilution for existing shareholders. Quoting the dilution as a percentage of post placing share count is misleading (although a lot of companies do this).

Also quoting the 5.1% discount from yesterday's mid price is misleading again as the share price had already dropped as placing news leaked.

At the time they arranged the placing the share price would have been at 58p, so a 13.7% discount.

Nothing wrong with massaging the figures like this - most companies do it. They just assume we're all stupid!

Unfortunate name, beagle.
Darwin's ship, sent out on a voyage of discovery.
Came back with maps of the world and information on animal species which led, twenty years later, to publication of the Theory of Evolution.
Paid for by the British government for no profit!
Bravo.
Let's hope this beagle floats. ☺

Well, a 16% dilution for virtually no discount is a good result isn't it?
£6M net to cover costs for the next 18 months, I would estimate.
This is positive in my book.
Well done Ilika.
Now...let's get on with it!

Ilika plc Has Another Very Weak Trading Session Recording a Gap Down

The stock of Ilika plc (LON:IKA) gapped down by GBX 1 today and has GBX 48.94 target or 13.00% below today’s GBX 56.25 share price. The 8 months technical chart setup indicates high risk for the GBX 36.23 million company.

The gap down was reported on Sep, 21 by Barchart.com. If the GBX 48.94 price target is reached, the company will be worth GBX 4.71M less.

KINDLY ASK SOME OF YOUR POSTERS FROM LAST FRIDAY TO DESIST ON IEH.

Rogk,
I dearly hope you are right.
If they can do it (at a sensible price) then I reckon the share price should head towards 240p.

The technology can be scaled from 1W to 2.2MW---the IEH design model is very flexible and scalable.

We know that IEH have done quite a lot of development work for volume car manufacturers that resulted in their 90KW car focused HFC.

It should be just a matter of time before an actual production order materialises; the Paris and Frankfurt motor shows next month might yield more clues.

I'm expecting an Asian and German manufacturer to place production orders imo.
