The number of ordinary shares with voting rights in issue as at 31 August 2016 consists of 366,981,583 shares of 0.005p each.
The Company does not hold any of the ordinary shares in Treasury.
The above figure of 366,981,583 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
