3. Purchase of Shares under the Company's Share Incentive Plan ("SIP")
The Company operates a HMRC approved SIP, which is open to all UK based employees. If employees participating in the SIP retain their purchased shares and remain employed on the 3(rd) anniversary of the purchase, additional matching shares will vest on a two-for one basis.
