Could i just clarify something about the ex-div with someone that knows -

As long as i hold shares at 4.30 Wednesday i'll be entitled to the dividend however the price will fall by the amount of the dividend (generally) - when would this be paid and are you able to sell shares in-between the ex-div date and the payment date without affecting the payment.

I've got a house purchase at the end of Feb so need to sell some shares to fund it, i don't want to miss out on a 2k dividend for the sake of a few days.

Pretty sure i understand it but would be good for someone to confirm.

Cheers

Cheap phenomenally cash generative business with best in class platform - maybe some just waking up to that fact

Adding lower looking a little less likely atm.

May get an XD dip.

He could have timed it a little better?, you might want to look at his
last Sell! - perfect timing.

Woodhawk.. I know.. but that could have been executed a bit better is what I mean.. unless there are some conditions on director's deals having to go through on the open or something..

Incorrect. Poor management.

Look at the increase in Operational costs - this is probably due to outsourcing jobs to Poland which I doubt has worked well.

The director buy is probably to prop up the share price - wouldn't surprise me if he has performance-related share options with huge strike price executions - could therefore be in his interest to make sure the share price is supported. Speculation, like.

Exactly ... he is confident in the company and I am in complete agreement with him and smashing a few of my own shares too. One just has to look at incredible cash generation and investment in future growth to see this is completely on the wrong rating

Early morning shenanigans over, looks like it will go blue again and should see a further sustained rise going forward imo

Not great to see the CEO of a trading company smash 200,000 shares on the open and then watch it lose 5% in the next hour...

I sold yesterday at 541 (I don't trade the updates anymore). Great share, don't doubt the price will be £6 soon.

the CEO buying is a plus -

Dusseldorf,

Do you have trouble with comprehension or are you just deramping? "£15m revenue down (permanently) by closing sprint bet markets" - rubbish, it's only closed to new clients.

MisterMD - I sold last week and forwent the divi for a banked profit. There are already stated impacts of conduct rulings in the results e.g. £15m revenue down (permanently) by closing sprint bet markets. Can't rule out further uncertainty regarding revenue impact statement at the end of March - which is the only thing we have to 'look forward' to.

I'll be back in April.
