The Board of IFG Group plc (the "Company") announces the appointment of Goodbody Stockbrokers UC ("Goodbody") to act as the Company's Irish Sponsor and Joint Corporate Broker with effect from 21 December 2016. Goodbody will act alongside Macquarie Capital (Europe) Limited ("Macquarie Capital"), who remain Joint Corporate Broker to IFG Group plc.
