Article in this week's 'Shares' suggesting a few director's deals to follow. One of which was M Brooks' buy in July of this year. Supported by a positive paragraph or two.

Last year's Trading Statement was 12th Nov, so not too far off.

IDOX did a presentation at FinnCap last week. Was anyone there ? Was it positive ?

At the time of the announcement )on the McLaren website) Kentz were subject to a potential takeover approach from Amec so not sure if that had something to do with it? Kentz is a growing global player so would be good to be involved with them.

Hi all,

This is my first post on this great site so hopefully it will not be my last!!

I have recently purchased Idox shares at 43pence and was getting a bit concerned as they are struggling to go up to 40 pence now.

Looking at the financials they have increased their dividend each year and from press articles appear to have good sales.

Can someone with a bit more experience of trading please advise what they think on the share as was considering selling it.

Not planning to take any of the table for a while yet.

Yes, the couple of EIM contract wins has helped. Getting to and breaking 40p could be pretty significant.

Surely charts don't follow history THAT much ?
Bounce as in May '12, wobble at 35 ish and then bounce around under 40 for ages...

I guess it will take those delayed contracts to send it on the 'serious' leg up from 40.

Just noticed Investec gone from 8% to 9% so that accounts for around 3.5 mln of yesterdays share movements.

Suspect idox will be pleased to see deals off for Kentz, given recent contract.

I do wonder whether the fact that the client was in play was the reason why no RNS was issued. Any deal MAY have meant the new parent introducing their own software.

Kentz is a big global business with 14,500 employees - managing docs across their main divisions should be a decent sized contact.

Already showing c.10% gain in a week and remain confident that we'll see further recovery over coming weeks.

Good to see a contract win, but the jury is still out for me. We were told to expect lots of news about delayed contracts and this is the first contract that has been announced. I am still not sure what to expect in the trading statement. I would be more than a tad nervous if i was invested here at the moment. Still on my watch list atmo.

Yes, I'd almost forgotten what an IDOX contract win RNS looked like. Have they been reporting other contract wins on their web-site or is this one amongst few?
