Issue of shares under the Share Incentive Plan and Total Voting Rights

Ideagen PLC (AIM: IDEA), a leading supplier of Information Management Software to highly regulated industries, announces that it has allotted 19,626 new ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following the purchase of partnership shares by a number of directors and employees under the Company's Share Incentive Plan ("Partnership Shares"). The shares were purchased at 85 pence each being the closing mid-market share price on Friday 6(th) October 2017.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 19,626 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 13 October 2017.

After Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 198,921,040 and the total number of voting rights will therefore be 198,921,040. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Each of the executive directors of the Company; David Hornsby, Graeme Spenceley, Barney Kent and Ben Dorks have purchased 2,117 Partnership Shares as part this share allotment. These directors now have the following interests in the share capital of the Company.
