25/9/2008 14:33 | RNS Number : 3212E ID Data Group PLC 25 September 2008 25 September 2008 ID Data Group plc ("ID Data" or the "Company") Suspension The Company has experienced delays in the completion of the audit of its accounts for the year ended 31 March 2008 and no longer expects to be able to publish these accounts by 30 September 2008. Accordingly trading in its shares on AIM has been suspended with effect from 2.30pm today. Further to the announcement made by the Company on 26 August 2008, the Company continues to seek funds from investors and, in parallel, to pursue the possible sale of its operating businesses in order to meet its short term working capital and debt funding requirements. However, in current market conditions there can obviously be no certainty as to whether any such transactions will be successfully completed. Nevertheless, ID Data's current trading is strong with a good order book and the Company is forecast to achieve positive EBITDA for the current month and the remainder of the financial year. A further announcement will be made when appropriate. -Ends- | antreg

22/9/2008 16:46 | Personally I breathed a sigh of relief when we got our money back on credecard, I could see it becoming a black hole for cash IDD didn't have long before it became profitable. I do however share enami's concerns that something may happen that leaves pi's high and dry. | rabain
22/9/2008 15:41 | Like I said they got credecard then took it private, which was the start of things, now he'll take other areas private just as it may start to pick up and tell all shareholders to eff off. Its that simple. | powwow
22/9/2008 15:10 | My fear is a real nightmare scenario the core business(UK operations) will be sold off and IDD will be left only with the Polish operation. The shares will then be de-listed here and our shares will be reissued as a Warsaw Stock Exchange equity. Naturally Peter Cox would have a huge stake in whoever takes over the core business in exchange for his shares. | enami |
