24/1/2017 13:27 | hxxp://english.sinop Sinopec produce transformer oil. China's biggest oil company. Just a thought, who would want to buy a stake or Hydrodec at this stage. Firstly the company is very cheap for what it has. Secondly we have the technology which is patented. Making a waste product into clean green energy. Thirdly, we are carbon credit approved the only transformer oil in the world that is so it makes us well ahead of the game. I personally feel somebody is building a stake and just to get their hands on the tech the Chinese will express interest at some point. | gimmetheloot
24/1/2017 13:22 | Cyber Mr Black owns Paddy power & Betfair.no he is not selling!! | gimmetheloot
24/1/2017 13:20 | Only Aviva has enough shares to facilitate 100M+ volume over 3 days. Logically there must be another holdings RNS from them later this week. The only other possibility is that Andrew Black is selling out? That seems unlikely though, why would he do so now? Does anyone know if he has any sudden cash requirements? | cyberbub
24/1/2017 13:12 | I think realistically, the only person who can do that is Mr Black. With his stake it forms somewhat of a bulwark against such offers, unless they originate from him. I hope he wants to continue to be a strong backer as we are now. | capricious
24/1/2017 12:43 | There is always the possibility that now that they 'might' be on the cusp of stabilising, someone is fishing around for a stake before making an offer. Obviously anyone who had a shed load at 2p might be willing to accept 3p quite readily. That's the only way they could offload them easily. | yump
24/1/2017 12:34 | chartwise this could be a breakout backtest, esp if it stays above 2.10. that would give even more bullish clues to a possible large upward move. always a way to spin it!gl | runwaypaul
24/1/2017 12:30 | Seems so, as any selling volume is quickly hoovered up. | capricious
24/1/2017 12:15 | Yes I suspect your instincts are the only viable answer (or someone else is selling). Makes a change from a fair few times of buying size limits. Are we seeing weakness because those selling out now think the RNS must mean there are 83ml+ still to be sold, or the larger II sells coming through, or indeed a combination of the two. Hopefully it's the case that the II is already mostly out and we get another tick up. | capricious
24/1/2017 12:10 | 110m volume past 4 days.So suspect this is not included in the latest tr1.They may have sold quite a bit since Thursday. | shafaq
24/1/2017 12:07 | So if Aviva is not all out, where has all this volume for buying come from. I didn't think there was enough around (with current overhang) for the volume these past few days? Whatever the answer to that, it seems the MMs are facilitating a nicely managed sell down for an II, nothing to do with altruism but certainly very healthy commission via spreads. | capricious
24/1/2017 12:04 | I really like the interest Hydrodec is now getting but I wish people would keep in mind expectations. 2017 will start from a much higher base than 2016 but it's not going to be immediately all sunny hinterlands. I just worry that expectations are built up so much that if the BOD don't release the exact update the pi had in mind, it tanks for no real reason, missing the value in the progressing, longer term proposition. | capricious
24/1/2017 11:28 | Top up and Hold folks | potential
24/1/2017 11:26 | personally don't sell high volume breakouts.let it play out gl | runwaypaul
24/1/2017 11:22 | Yea next update will hopefully spoon feed the market on the profitability etc etc It comes down to do investors want to wait for the update and then buy or take a bit more risk and buy 10-20% cheaper. | ileeman
24/1/2017 11:19 | It all really depends on whether they've been able to keep the "profitability" going doesn't it? If they can start generating increasing positive cash flow and profits ( on whatever measure) then it should fly. If they can't or if they have an unexpected cash requirement then they don't have much "headroom" and may need another loan. I'm optimistic but no one outside senior management really knows do they? | 1gw
24/1/2017 11:12 | Read previous update and look at oil disconnect not hard to see where this is going once seller clears. 4-6p is fairer value. | ileeman
24/1/2017 11:08 | I would like that, but I don't believe the flurry of activity is anything other than people buying the bottom for a quick buck. Or if you're into conspiracy, its been engineered by someone who bought around 2p to allow some bulk sales. | yump
24/1/2017 11:04 | 6p is where it's heading!!!! | potential
24/1/2017 11:02 | It does look like a nice bottom though. | yump
24/1/2017 11:01 | So own up then, who is selling the lot once it hits resistance around 2.75p ? PS. Despite being invested, I think its value is open to all sorts of debate. Particularly as the drop in oil price seemed to create 'challenges', whereas the rise in oil price hasn't as yet produced excited reports from the company about the likely flow of profits. So there is the issue of whether the value of the company has dropped to this level because of itself or the market. As has been said, the relationship between the oil price and HYR is only one of the relationships that affects profitability. | yump
24/1/2017 11:01 | Massive buys going through!!!!! | potential
24/1/2017 10:54 | good solid buying.whacking it in@2.35 atm gl | runwaypaul
24/1/2017 08:49 | It is building, not far from breaking out this all time low range. Great time to be buying pre update, update will show just how undervalued this is. free stock charts from uk.advfn.com | ileeman
23/1/2017 23:35 | Is it just me or can I see a breakout on the normal chart, just by drawing a horizontal line ? No. I believe it needs to hold 10% above the previous resistance for a few weeks, or its just a price rise. I think there may have been a breakout before it went to 4p in August though. I think this chart may have featured a breakout, but what do I know... free stock charts from uk.advfn.com | yump |
