Been keeping quiet until I saw it but finally the spread has widened. Should hopefully mean we're reaching a more balanced market in relation to Hydrodec and the MM. Be interesting to see if at some point it goes back to it's more historic norm, i.e. 0.25-0.75

I understand where you're coming from, there are some definite changes I'd make, and those PFI schemes, might've existed before Gordon Brown but he turned their use into an art form; they are/were, the most disingenuous, stupid, wasteful and underhand way of basically keeping spending 'off balance sheet'.

You maybe right about rent but I know you can include rent in Admin expenses, whether that is in general or specific cases, I don't know.

I agree that there are equally competent people in life who could do the job equally well but are on a fraction of the salary. News flash, life is not equal, and until anti-capitalists, politicians, modern day hairshirt-high minded but impracticable liberalists, learn that social engineering, not only doesn't work when applied to real life (and comes smack up against human nature), it makes things eminently worse.

Assuming honesty, the salaries will be commensurate with the underlying global market. Capitalism is imperfect but it has lifted more people out of poverty then any other system in history.

Little bit of patience required, might take a few days or a few weeks to clear seller either way not hard to see what is going to happen when they do clear especially when trading update hits.

In the mean time I continue to buy more, bought another 2 lots this morning.
