18/3/2017 14:12 | My spidy sense reckons 7am Monday Halifax news..... CPR 1st week April and imo Lancaster without Halifax is c675mmbo 2P . Hoping for Halifax to be as big and successful like Lincoln but would be a hell of a bonus if connected.. | leeson31
18/3/2017 14:09 | Aren't you counting your chickens before they are hatched? There is just speculation ATM | adam
18/3/2017 13:35 | Hi Gibso6767, Looks like you have a big birthday coming up in the summer... :~} It's a conservative piece of work, as one would expect from a broker whose clients haven't yet secured their position in the company... Dr T and AS have both indicated that they think Warwick and Lincoln are linked. Risking Lincoln and Halifax at such a low figure I found a little surprising, and having nothing for Warwick is surely quite pessimistic. It's not a CPR is it; it's a piece of research looking at the companies assets, and the risked valuation of those assets. Still, it matters little to me. I have my position now, and value will out. It's a big boys game, so HUR won't be tiptoeing along with more EPS's on the other fields. Buffy | buffythebuffoon
18/3/2017 13:21 | I'd say Buffy your posting giving EPS per asset , Or Warwick being ' Free' is an enormous indicator of future machinations . Surely this is indicative of individual assets being sold completely, Farmed out , JV or even a go it alone route . So using your quoted figures Buffy , if Current well at best mirrors Lancaster then on news will we get to £0.90 Other acreage not even priced in which is understandable. | gibso6767
18/3/2017 13:02 | That's good thinking buffy! | rayrac
18/3/2017 12:29 | So WHI have a risked valuation of 80p and and an unrisked value of 296p. Lancaster EPS risked at 80%, but the rest of Lancaster only at 33%, while Halifax is risked at 8.3% with Lincoln 16.7%. Nothing in for Warwick or anything else. Buffy | buffythebuffoon
18/3/2017 12:29 | The catch 22 , enigma thingy is that tax year 2016/7 ends in 17 days , 5 of which are Weekends ! Also think that Funding is a determining factor in our current trading range but if the current well and the CPR are as good as we hope then perhaps it's kept within this price range to allow accumulation . Fingers crossed a Cadburys cream egg and £1 before Easter ! | gibso6767
18/3/2017 12:15 | WH Ireland research on hur website avail to all no need to register just accept terms conditions at bottom of page, I thought it was very imformative ,with regards Halifax valuation only a couple of kms included in wh Ireland valuation at this stage, see their map of rona ridge.Tournosol I thought back in 2014 you had HUR as a buy on your notes ,your valuation up to 80p with 300mb for just Lancaster, obviously oil price a lot higher at that time , no valuation given for other fields, a lot has changed since 2014 lower cost curve here now, once funding is in place I expect another step up the ladder . | laserdisc
18/3/2017 12:12 | HUR have stated that the EPS capex and opex is around $32.50 I haven't seen any recent research, but is it reasonable to say that a brokers research is any worse than PI's? The intriguing question is why any broker would bother to produce nonsense in a research piece, if the figures can be demonstrated to be so. Buffy | buffythebuffoon
18/3/2017 11:41 | Well , This time last week I gave my view that an RNS was due be it CPR or Operational one . And alas No , Uncertain how HUR will manage the flow of information assuming all available or ready at the same time . Also fully realise the updated next COR will be limited in ongoing Well due to time delay or more likely how the well was appraised at various depths ie DST , OWC , MWD , LWD . So even a broken watch is correct twice a day , surely this coming week must be forthcoming or perhaps a brace of them !! ( probably given the kiss of death to that now and probably at Summer solstice) | gibso6767
18/3/2017 09:23 | Should read "if they were buys or sells", stupid phone!! | pauliewonder
18/3/2017 09:19 | Jim - don't think they were sells. Most of the buys were reported after the bell or backdated so it's hard to tell if they were. It's or sells. Given the price movement and rise towards the end I would assume mainly buys. | pauliewonder
18/3/2017 09:14 | "I was once a number one rated oil analyst!" Hiddendepths - What would you say the share price valuation's should be then given: 1/ What we have so far (pre CPR). 2/ Pre / post Halifax. 3/ Post halifax / Post CPR. BH | bloodhound
18/3/2017 08:24 | Nothing mentioned here on the chunky trades towards the close yesterday Looked potentially like sells | jimarilo
18/3/2017 07:45 | There entire valuation is false. The fact remains HUR will make money above $33 per barrel for the EPS.I'd think a larger development would reduce this to the mid 20's. | ngms27
17/3/2017 23:06 | LHYou got that wrong as you know you have to be really clever to have found this gem Hurricane Energy. | gary38
