Admission to trading of the Consideration Shares

Further to the announcements made on 21 March 2017, the Board of Hunters confirms that admission to trading on AIM of the 421,578 new Ordinary Shares to be issued to Besley Hill Franchising Limited as part of the consideration payable for the acquisition of its franchising business and related assets is expected to occur on or about 8.00a.m. on Monday 27 March, 2017.
