10/2/2016 12:57 | Another tale of woe......... HSBC has been sued by the families of U.S. citizens murdered by drug gangs in Mexico, claiming the bank let cartels launder billions of dollars to operate their business. HSBC already paid nearly $2B in penalties in December 2012 to resolve charges that it failed to stop hundreds of millions of dollars in drug money from flowing through the bank from Mexico, and promised to fix the problems. When will it stop? | anley

08/2/2016 16:55 | Not really when you consider what is going on the world banking industry. See my recent post concerning what HSBS is up to curtailing mortgages to the Chinese who then use the money to buy overseas property. Two German banks in difficulity........ Look at the French and Italian banks share prices and ask yourself why????? and then say is it not better to sit on my hands and do nothing until it all looks a bit brighter and that will stop you loosing your capital by trying to buy at the bottom............. My office is a dull place at the moment but we are watching oil, banks and how much they have invested into the world oil industry but we are in gold and silver using ETF's on the NYSE - that is our hedge. Only trying to help...............b | anley
08/2/2016 16:09 | Any bets where the bottom might be. This all seems a bit crazy. | nigthepig |
