Bought back in last week - the chart looking increasingly positive and the news about the new warehouse deal is a big positive after they failed to get planning at the previous site imo.

HWDN are in their stronger half as far as earnings go per their last results so hope they and you are correct ULINBAC.

Looking rather better today az4hr. Those buy backs and the generally more positive air today helping things along here. Back over 500p next week I hope! Very quiet board too ;-)

Should have added I no longer hold, like HWDN but with TEF, BKG & BDEV all in the PF I felt I had too much riding on the strength of the housing market. GL all holders.

A good point Tudes100. Where would the share price be now if it weren't for the buybacks? Much lower no doubt but I hope the trend will reverse. Not a good day for most of my holdings today!

FY16 forecast PE 16.6x, EPS needs to grow 13.2% to hit profit estimates. H1 2015 report in July showed EPS +7.5%.
HWDN's valuation has been toppy for a while imo & probably the right question to ask is what would have happened to the share price if the Co hadn't been buying back shares so aggressively ?
Housing market still strong and builders SP's holding up generally so who knows but I'm not seeing great upside here at the moment.

No idea ULINBAC! Yet the company is still buying back their shares. Would that happen if they didn't see it as good value. I am hoping there will be a good move upwards one of these days but who knows when that will be?

The 100,000 a day buy-backs continue. I am hoping we will close above 500p fairly soon.
