150k sells to 350k buys actually.

I've no idea what's going on but I'm betting it's going to be good!

yes, but only buys today hence the price rise. It's the key players accumulating that interest me - why are they stake building in what is currently just a shell company, what is being planned ?

And a seller Mister MD!

Just re-totted the known holdings of over 3% and it seems 79.62% can be accounted for by Shore Capital with 27.17%, as a long term investor not as a market maker, and a number of entrepreneurs in their own names or nominee companies. I have discounted about 4% held by T D Waterhouse Nominees as I think those belong to private investors.

That leaves 20.38% or about 10 million shares in free float (including TDW).

Today's 505k is therefore 5.0% of the free float! Tiny company with great potential but imo ramping it wildly will only postpone developments.

There has been a change of hands of a significant proportion of the closely held stock. As yet the new holders don't appear to have been buying in market, but time will tell. The most undervalued shell on the market vs. cash/mcap IMO.

"Nick...yesterday was a pump and dump"

Apart from me being optimistic on the traders thread, no one was interested. A real p&d would see it at 3-4p. I think it was the usual speculation for the day as happens when a share turns blue. Shows how HCP is actually on many investors 'keep an eye on list' to spring on it, at the right time. I too thought we have take off at last. lol

I am surprised this stock doesn't hold it's gains, but I'm confident that something will come along eventually. I was hoping we had a tag team from yesterdays RNS, but it's a little bit like pass the parcel at the moment.

So Richard Thompson has now sold his 4.22% stake to his old sidekick Rupert Howard Milton Horner. The stake had to come from a warehouse somewhere.

Nick...yesterday was a pump and dump, full stop. Most punters are out now. News will come in the next few weeks I'm sure and imo there will be a lot more profit then for anyone with patience.

I await developments with interest.

Today looks like a traders day, though game change style long holders can take todays RNS as a sign of things to come in their favour IMO.

The final 100k T trade from early on has just closed.

Imo the people behind the potential deal would like very much to keep out of the limelight. They don't want spikes that could kill a deal.

The price went up because of spiv buyers after a quick turn. Those in early have profited. Some won't unless they have a bit of patience.

the_beagle - my point is that the RNS holders ultimately control the price as without their stock acquisition today's volume would have little to no impact on price - they have the effect of 'tightening' the market strings (removing stock off the MM table).

Ultimately what happens to the price will be determined by what these individuals (and the BOD) do next, whether we have a day spike or not is a moot point in terms of deal making.

Of interest is:
The total number of Ordinary Shares of GBP0.05 in issue and fully paid at 30 June 2014 was 49,819,050. During the six month period there has been no further issue of shares.

Essentially it means new stock cannot be issued below 5p without a capital re-organisation - it provides some re-assurance short-term though I'm well aware these terms can be change without vote in some cases.

And the 86,270 buyer has dumped for £60 profit already!

This will all come good but my advice is buy on dull days and don't chase the share price on BB tips.

200k of the early 300k T trades have now been closed I see!

Dusseldorf...The share price rise has been driven by punters not investors.

the_beagle - the guys in control of the price are those who are buying the stock surplus and sitting on it with a known agenda (the RNS ltds), anyone else simply provides necessary liquidity for those who wish to speculatively accumulate - though point taken.

Don't push it wildly higher by spamming the boards or you may just kill off a potential dealt imo. If you're in keep quiet and enjoy the future.

That imo is what happened some months ago when Treacle got overenthusiastic.

£700k market cap with £500k cash in the bank and annual cash burn of £40k puts it in my low risk shell category. The increasing stakes by individuals and their 'Ltd' companies makes it interesting from a speculation perspective. Limited free float is likely to make it even more erratic.

I do hope they don't go for hotels again, but I guess the tax losses are there to be used by a profitable business?

Buyer revealed as I said a couple of days ago. Expect increased speculation/activity here in the near term. One of the best and cleanest shells with expenses already cut right down ( cash around 1.2p I think)and clean accounts with huge losses available for a company to reverse/buy into.

Those losses alone are worth a big premium IMO.

This could get very interesting now. Small market cap, not many shares in free float, people taking up declared positions. Could be ripe for some corporate action very soon.

Does appear to be some stake building going on, let's see who blinks first - are all accumulators in cahoots, agreeing who buys what? would seem odd if thats the case.

Very tightly held stock. I topped up a mere £600 worth recently and it moved the bid/offer up.

Of interest to me was the recent block sale of around 5% a couple of days ago with no RNS announcement as yet and an increasing share price at the same time. I think a buyer will be revealed soon. I find hard to believe they have merely ended up on mm's books.

By my calculations from published figures it seems 83.87% of the company's shares are held by entities with more than 3% each. That excludes TDW Nominees that includes PIs like me.

Shore Capital, as a hotel investor rather than a market maker, has 27.17%.

Recent buyers have been Richard Thompson 4.22%, Marcus Yeoman 3.76% and Mark Jackson 6.32%.

Others who have been there a while include HSDL Nominees with 8.64%, Nortrust Nominees 7.53%, Michael Jivkov with a recently reduced 6.93%, and Miton Holdings at 4.85%, also reduced this year.

Not many left for Joe Public.
