26/8/2014 08:46 | Morning - we seem to be getting stronger and on its way to 2p. It will be interesting to see what price Shore ask for on their stake - don't think there is any doubt on what's coming. | treacle32
26/8/2014 08:43 | Another 500k ie. 1% just gobbled up. Looking very interesting imo. | the_beagle
26/8/2014 08:22 | Absolutely right re shorters Treacle. There are always people who sell hoping to buy back lower, but they are NOT shorters. You cannot short small AIM stocks. Full stop. Just about every punter on Friday sold before the close and hopefully all their shares are now in more secure hands. | the_beagle
26/8/2014 08:14 | Blue again - seems he wants more. | treacle32
26/8/2014 07:45 | You cannot short this stock - under 20m mkt cap. Mug punters sold at just 0.40p listening to people who haven't a clue. | treacle32
25/8/2014 18:58 | Beagle, if it happens somewhere else, then why not here?. But you are safe, you can sell your shares any time, the questions are can HCP go higher? can it get some of £12m invested in the Hotel collection which included bonds back? is there someone intended to takeover HCP as a vehicle? that's my thoughts. The last thing to do is pressed HCP to be dissolved and return money to the shareholders, IMHO. | john168
23/8/2014 16:32 | John, I know what shorting is, but do you honestly think they are in action here? I don't. | the_beagle
22/8/2014 17:32 | Shorts are those traders who borrows shares to sell first, then buy back later. Certainly, Mr. Mark Jackson cannot lose, only what is his intention with his stakes?. | john168
22/8/2014 15:40 | What shorts? 75,240 just dumped from yesterday. All the more for Mark Jackson to accumulate. | the_beagle
22/8/2014 15:08 | those shorts and day traders are totally difference. | john168
22/8/2014 14:18 | I see Mr BCKTTSIM has failed to resist banking a few quid for the weekend. If only peeps would hold on a while. | the_beagle
22/8/2014 12:21 | Beagle, if average of your holding is 1p you cannot lose, I'll wait for sometimes to see what will happen with UK Hotel collection, I still believe HCP and Shore Capital should get something back, bond is equal rank with banks debts, what is Mr. Mark Jackson intention with HCP?, then in the worst case, perhaps shareholders should ask HCP to be dissolved and return cash to shareholders. | john168
22/8/2014 12:09 | Lol,that's a no to the commission then? | 123trev
22/8/2014 11:47 | Well I can't tick you but still around, know posts for twelve days I come along and boom, can't believe it myself to be honest, normaly after the initial flurry your stocks dive between,20 and 70%,so I think a commission is in order here!See your on utn,so are you really still here or just trying to make it look good? | 123trev
22/8/2014 11:26 | Hatey trolls not around today but continue using their red ticks business. | treacle32
22/8/2014 11:23 | And a 48,891 "holder" just closed at a small loss. Why do they bother? | the_beagle
22/8/2014 11:11 | A 70k punter on a small profit and a 20k buyer from half an hour ago have also now jumped, the latter at a loss! Bye bye! | the_beagle
22/8/2014 11:04 | Shore own 50.? % of the U K Hotel business which is in administration and 22% of HCP. I'm sure their hotel experts will salvage something from the former which in turn will be good for the latter, HCP. | the_beagle
22/8/2014 10:57 | We're only 0.60m mkt cap even now - this is the great thing here. Once more traction happens on any RTO offering even at 5p we would only be 2.50m mkt cap with just 50m shares in issue too. A look around on AIM shows many other shells with no way near as much cash at millions more mkt cap. That Shore stake and the price they'll ask for could still prove to be our jackpot after the non event with the hotels. | treacle32
22/8/2014 10:55 | The two buyers from first thing have sold up for a quick buck I see. | the_beagle
22/8/2014 10:52 | Let say in the worst case, shareholders can ask the company to be dissolved and return cash to the shareholders, that means 1.2p at least. | john168
22/8/2014 10:46 | And those hatey trolls got mug punters to sell at just 0.40p. Losers as always. | treacle32
22/8/2014 10:44 | There's always a possibility of a half share of any profit from the administration and NO possibility of a loss to HCP as it's completely written off and free of charges. A win situation if ever there were one imo. | the_beagle
22/8/2014 10:41 | Short squeeze on now. | treacle32 |
