The topinfo pump and dump squad are all ramping it now.

Who gets out first, will i get out before they all dump together ?

So if there are multiple bidders what will they pay for HTT, well alot more than share price thats for sure. Look at Broker notes. Tgt price 0.35p SEYMOUR PIERCE




That broker note is almost 8 times current share price of HTT. Im not saying bidder will pay 0.35p but defo significantly more than current share price of 0.05 thats for sure and done deal soon not light years away.

Oh dear is this round 25 of topinfo pump and dumping HTT.

The stupid thing is i bought 2.5 million a few hours ago knowing this
would happen.

I WILL dump them on the spike, the difference is Topinfo will as well
but wont post it, he is a conman, so dont chase the spike even though
i hold and want it higher, you will lose money.

Bidders contend to land Hot Tuna deal

Hot Tuna could be sold by the end of the year after its owners received bids from both investors and retailers earlier this week.

The bidding process for the surfwear brand closed on Monday. Executive chairman Francis Ball said there had been a "healthy" number of bidders.

He added: "There was a wide spectrum: some individuals and some retailers, more ecommerce retailers than bricks-and-mortar, but a good spread." Some investors had also expressed interest.

The board will now pick three bidders and invite them to proceed with due diligence, with sale completion by the end of the year.

Ball, chief executive officer Geoff O'Connell and brand director Oscar Verden would then step down from the board.

Earlier this month, Hot Tuna announced that distributor International Fashion Group Australia would oversee the brand's sales, distribution and marketing in Australia and New Zealand.

Folks,

I was a huge fan of Hot Tuna gear years ago, and only recently realized it was a listed company...with absolutely dreadful management!?! Wow, a classic AIM stock...and not in the good sense.

With the push for cash they are already in liqudation mode, and I expect working to reduce the debt prior to going into administration.

That simply doesn't make sense. With the brand sold it will be a shell with nothing in it. It is then only useful as a vehicle to float another business in a RTO and and company doing that will price it accordingly and have a choice of shell cos to buy. If it ends up with debt then it will just go into adminsitration.

I think once the brand name is sold shre price will take off atleast to 0.25p as market expects new investment.

Still it's good for the pump and dumpers to make a few bob.

Topinfo is frantically ramping this again on his thread.

What else can a conman do, those that chase this in the morning
will lose a fortune, those that wait until next week to buy will
save a fortune it's that simple !

I dont worry but i will warn others about pump and dumpers trying to
trap others into terrible stocks like this one, why dont you go and
ask topinfo if he will apologise for ramping this at 0.08 at the start
of the week when he knew they issued bad news.
