Apart from the obvious answer that they can go to zero, I haven't seen one with a lower price per share (maybe we could start a competition here?). It is almost funny that with nearly 3 million shares you would have about £1k invested.

Seymour Pierce was saying only 2 days ago, buy at near 0.08p for a target of 0.35p.

Sp tanks another 15% this morning after 33% yesterday, now selling at 0.0395p.

Ds got out as the Co. broker pulled in the buyers. Bunch of thieves.

This company spends more than it earns it cant even make a Gross profit, I think it time the company goes on a new direction, the Directors have proved they can sell the Hot Tuna clothing at a profit, the only future is that it becomes an investment company and does a reverse takeover. If this happens at least the shareholders can get some their money back. Lets see what happens they have to release their accounts by end of December 2011. I think we can expect an announcement soon.

I reckon they will sell Hot Tuna brand for £200k-£250k tops

They've obviously blown through £1mill since March, shocking

Thats the million dollar question, what is the brand worth ????

This is AIM so anything from your estimate down to a few quid is possible.

The bright side is time is on side to get out with a profit.

New Director with a good pedigree or an rns with a new player taking a stake = spikey, spikey.

Capped at £1mln.

Raised £1mln earlier in year.

Will sell assets / liabilities of the brand.

So - imagine a £2mln price tag fon the brand (net of the liabilities), which must be a realistic prospect - could end up with £2.5mln cash sitting in a shell.

An interesting prospect - even more interesting than sitting on the Hot Tuna brand!

And capped at only £1mln!

Melissa did a runner shortly after being appointed. What was all that about?

Hopped off back to Nyota quick-style, faster than you could dispose of one of those less-than-cool T-shirts. Wasnt Nyota linked with still-suspended Carlton Resources?

Do you guys remember Melissa Sturgess came on as chairman in March 2011 from a company Nyota Minerals maybe they might buy the shell company for thier purpose. She was only on the board for a few weeks. The only future this company has got if the investment company is involved in a reverse takeover. There has been many companies that have done this in the past. Lets see what happens

What a pile of tosh. NOMAD should be locked up for enticing ppl to buy in up to 0.35p whilst at the same time allowing the Ds to jump ship.

0.045 to sell, top of the loserboard at 28% down. Clapped out brand being flogged off for peanuts. HTT crew will re-form this bombed out baby as a natural resources clean shell.

Prob a decent buy at 0.035p. Perhaps Seymour Butt got the decimal point mixed up?

Yes, they are running at a loss and need to raise money but no one is exactly seeking a bankruptcy order against them.
This stock has fallen an eyewatering 99.999986 % since IPO.
Only those who get in now at the lowest will be laughing in a few years.

Asos could buy the shell and make use of the tax losses - whoop whoop. Existing directors buy the now - at last - near to making a profit, website developed, supplier up and running, Hot TUna Brand with it's oh so positive future, for a song. Shareholders f*&%ed. This is AIM.

my guess is that the brand will be sold for £1 and then someone will do a reverse takeover for the tax losses. Nothing else makes any sense to me.

Amazing that by saying they will sell the brand, the management has effectively admitted defeat after all this time. Even the new website is failing to meet their low expectations.

So how much are they going to get for the brand and websites?

Will the directors that are resigning be getting it all through a third party for next to nothing compaired to the money that has now been invested into the brand via: websites - design - marketing etc?

How long before they are offered a job with the business that buys the brand?
