About 10m shares issued along with cash.

I think they've probably cleared out the persistent seller. Perhaps the vendor of Sage labs as that would explain the board change.

Skip - this is only a tiny fraction of the shares which changed hands, so still expecting a much larger holding RNS at some time - nevertheless this is still very encouraging and feels like the shares are setting up for a good run in coming months/yrears

Yeah, was reading up on Abcam the other day and thought they could be an eventual buyer for HZD (or the other way round).

I am guessing one of the big insti's has sold their full holding. Who picked em up is anyone's guess. Would be nice if it was Woodford....
