Honeycomb Investment Trust plc (the "Company")
AUDITED ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ("AGM")
The Company announces that today it has posted to shareholders, the Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements for the period from 2 December 2015 (date of incorporation) to 31 December 2016, to those shareholders who elected to receive hard copies. The Notice convening the Company's AGM and the Proxy form were posted today to all shareholders.
The AGM of the Company will be held at Instinctif Partners, 65 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7NQ on 2(nd) of June 2017 at 10:00 BST.
Copies of the Audited Annual Financial Statements and Notice of AGM may be obtained on request from the Company's registered office, Veritas House, 125 Finsbury Pavement, London, EC2A 1NQ and have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism.
A copy of the Company's Audited Financial Statements and AGM Notice are available on the Company's website at www.honeycombplc.com/documents.
