Andy warrants that can be only exercised over 40p. Was it creditors that were granted these warrants and if so doesnt that mean that they will want the share price to get to 40p ASAP so they can exercise them

Former EIG investors locked in for 6 months

Crysaor legacy investors/other locked in for 6 months

Which effectively leaves a current free float of just 23%

It might take some time for the shareholdings to stabilise, but this does look like a decent medium term bet. Doesn't have the perennial balance sheet issues that PMO had for the past few years. Can't see huge downside in exchange for a 50% uplift over the next 12 months
