Hochschild Mining plc (the "Company") announces the changes detailed below in the interests of Ignacio Bustamante, an Executive Director of the Company, in the Company's Ordinary Shares ("Shares").

Following the vesting of an award of conditional shares granted under the Company's Restricted Share Plan ("RSP") on 30 December 2016, Ignacio Bustamante acquired 298,314 Shares.
