Trading Update
HML Holdings plc (AIM: HMLH), a leading provider of property management, insurance and ancillary services to residential property blocks, announces an update on trading for the 12 month period ended 31 March 2017 in advance of the expected announcement of its full year results in late June 2017.
During the 12 month period, the Group has continued to execute its acquisitive growth strategy completing 6 acquisitions. In addition, the existing businesses have continued to enjoy organic growth in units under management. The Company has also undertaken a GBP2 million placing that was heavily oversubscribed to help fund this growth and widen the shareholder register. The board anticipates being able to announce earnings in line with market expectations.
