URGENT - POTENTIAL OPPORTUNITY TO SEEK COMPENSATION

An e-mail has been sent tonight to all SLG members. It contains a very important solicitor's letter setting out the grounds for a legal action possibly leading to some compensation for existing and previous shareholders in HiW.

If you are an SLG member would you please read and respond to this e-mail as a matter of urgency.

If we are to seek to pursue compensation we will need to set up a new Shareholder Action Group (SAG) and organise some funds to pay for initial legal costs.

Any shareholders or ex-shareholders who are not currently members of the SLG are invited to join the new SAG. If you are interested in joining please send an e-mail to: [e-mail] with your name and contact details. You will then be sent the same information that SLG members have received this evening.

@dafrog why the management it is like Rangers Newco nothing is left for those that invested...they should all be kicked out - without any additional payment

Oh well, another one gone. It just goes to show that no matter how much hot air generated by shareholder groups etc., if there are no sales, there is no money. I would hope there is some value left in the patents, but presumably the administrators will swallow that.
