I wonder if Henderson doesn't have a different agenda. ie drive down the price to almost nothing and then pick up the breathing carcass for almost nothing. It will be a pity to see this go under when they have finally got close to actually having a proper business, probably another 6 months would see the strategy of JL coming through.

Henderson knew the score but were not aggressive enough in their selling so are
still stuck with plenty.

I would think it is indeed a gamble. Placed my chips some months ago - not confident - unlie someone who added 5 million. Surprised that the now near 6M hasn't moved the price.

Holding a briefing for analysts on the day of the results does suggest some kind of progress. But who knows?

Think if it is sold, constituent parts will be worth more than current share price. There are also quite a few buys and suspect many holding off buying until Hendersons are nearly cleared out. Given a few £million by a friendly bank or a group of shareholders, the company has very good prospects. aimho.

Because there is a strategic buyer for the stock. Henderson know this and that is why they are not dumping their stock at any price.It is unlikely there will be any significant news until Henderson are out. This could drag on till March which is the deadline for the results.
