03/10/2011 15:59 | I am invested here until at least 2015 because it could take that long - if not until 2021 per the family - for true value to be reflected in the share price. Of course, we may get a settlement with the family or dividend cashflow before 2015/2021 but this is not really a share to buy/sell based upon charting or as a short term investment. | kenny

30/9/2011 07:15 | Hi All When is the next update out? | muffster
28/9/2011 14:56 | Slowly creeping up as one or more buyers are taking out all the sellers - ahead of this, perhaps more realistic, new valuation at 30 September (taking into account the current impass?), and the assessment of future development timing and costs. Maybe both are being prepared for negotiation purposes with one eye on court action. HRCO could be about to get very interesting! | kenny
27/9/2011 12:05 | Navi Mumbai continues to look like a good area to be developing. "Dubai, September 20, 2011: Dubai-based Sternon Group has rebranded its Navi Mumbai mega-project as 'Magic Kingdom to reflect its transformation into an integrated luxury complex spread across 1000 acres, offering a mix of villas, row-houses, apartments, plots, commercial area and a shopping mall. ... Doubt it will get back to 500p per share but there is a lot more than £63m of value to this company?? | kenny
08/9/2011 15:26 | Pre the placing NAV at 31.03.11 was 707p which was £540.8m divided by 76.5m shares. Issued 24m shares at 50p - net of costs raised £11.1m. So current totals are £551.8m divided by 100.5m shares in issue; equals 549p. | kenny
08/9/2011 13:44 | On reflection looks like £6.89 per share, so getting my numbers confused. Any Directors bought in recently? | muffster
08/9/2011 12:55 | nilip - sorry but can't seem to get a handle on why this company offers any value? Can you explain. The NAV PS looks very low, so not buying at a discount. Loss making too and to top it off, high risk with no dividend. I am obviously missing an important point. Please can you explain how this is a Value share and how you derive your figures. Many thanks. The formula I use points to Carrs Milling (CRM), Waterman (WTM), Redhall (RHL) and Godenport (GPRT) offering good value. | muffster
01/9/2011 16:49 | I think the recently commissioned valuation and detailed independant review of future phasing and development plans could prove to be the stick to beat "the family" and get them to see sence. Looks like Weiss is building it's holding prior to these reports being released, which presumably will occur some time after 30 September. | kenny
01/9/2011 16:23 | This company is just so undervalued it's crazy ! Value will out in the end - irrespective - it always does ... soon I suspect as markets are starting to wake up to value stocks again. HRCO should be trading at a multiple of it's current mkt cap imo. Hardly surprising Weiss have been buying up so much stock recently. No brainer at current share price levels irrespective of background shannanigans. | nilip
