10/8/2016 12:27 | game not neccessarily over "The Final Award additionally ordered HHL to pay Mr. Hiranandani ‘s legal fees and costs in connection with the arbitration. The Final Award does not address the breach of duty claims Hirco Plc currently has pending against Mr. Hiranandani and his daughter in the Isle of Man. Shareholders are reminded that Mr. Hiranandani, not Hirco, commenced the Singapore arbitration and that HHL had unsuccessfully moved for the Singapore arbitral proceeding to be stayed in favor of the court proceeding in the Isle of Man because that court, unlike the Arbitral Tribunal, had jurisdiction over all parties and claims. The Isle of Man court had also requested that the Arbitral Tribunal stay the arbitration in favor of a judicial determination. The Final Award is in excess of 400 pages and is under review by the Board and our lawyers. The Board will provide shareholders with further information in due course." Very truly yours, The Board | landay
30/11/2015 12:30 | Final arguments have been made in Singapore as of 17 November 2015. Timing for decision (which no doubt will be appealed either way) is unclear. hxxp://www.hircoplc. Hirco's opening submission is here and makes interesting reading! hxxp://www.hircoplc. | scburbs

29/7/2015 09:59 | I have just spoken to Philip Scales who referred me to the website, (there will be no more RNS's as the company has delisted). Litigation against the Hiranandani's is going on in the Isle of Man, and they also have an arbitration case in Singapore against them. The directors have not given up. Regular updates on the website would be reassuring. K. | kramch
