30/4/2008 20:46 | It had completely passed me by that today was the last day to publish their figures and good to see that they did it albeit with only minutes to spare. Good to read the report although as the value of my holding at the current share price is just in three figures rather academic but this is a good example of what can go wrong | cerrito

08/4/2008 10:58 | Looks like all buys today, volume 1.3mill at the moment. | market maker2
02/4/2008 15:36 | looks like the end of the road and no doubt we will have other instances of companies suffering in the new credit environment. a pity not only for the fact that all my holdings are in my SIPP so I cannot take tax losses but also I respect the new management and if they had been in place earlier it would in all probability have been a different story. | cerrito
26/3/2008 20:45 | No I think its end game. Company to be taken private at a bargain base price | giardap
26/3/2008 12:17 | Price action here seems a bit odd. If i didn't know better I would almost think someone was trying to scare out weak holders to acquire shares cheaply. Only time will tell I suppose. Still looks like a basket case, but one that might just suprise us all.... DL | davidlloyd
19/3/2008 18:44 | very quiet here | davidlloyd
28/2/2008 09:13 | Game over I would suggest. | jonc
28/2/2008 08:26 | So what's all this about then? What did they actually buy in relation to So Real Ice Co as it doesn't look like it was the actual company - just the assets? | mrphil
19/2/2008 15:00 | A few buys and 50% up ?, maybe directors buying in ? | market maker2

19/2/2008 14:17 | Beginning to look interesting indeed. What is driving this apart from a general AIM correction today??? DL | davidlloyd
19/2/2008 14:08 | Something up? (Apart from the share price that is...) DL | davidlloyd
24/1/2008 09:48 | Well - was out the last couple of days so missed this.... Not suprised really, was all between the lines of previous releases. I am actually fairly encouraged. Whilst the issue of loan stock is redeemable at 200% of issued value and accrues 10% per annum the cash it provides is the lifeline the business needed. Good to see the directors stumping up some cash too - it points towards the directors and VCs belief that the business is a viable and going concern (which the recent share price level was indicating was not the case). Whilst it is a lump of cash to be paid back in 5 years, who knows where we will be by then, given the major restructuring, streamlining, increased focus, and cost cutting already (and currently being) undertaken. Actually, on reflection, I am now quietly confident. Very high risk, but at these share price levels, not a completely stupid gamble at all IMO. DL | davidlloyd |
