If it's Cyprus then it's Russian money behind it.

They have plenty of birds working in these Polish payment booths, if the one in Streatham is anything to go by. Maybe that's their angle!!

Another interesting connection Rutger Kriek is his links with Bank Of Cyprus which on March 31st announced it was seeking a London listing.
Since then they have considered setting up a holding company in Jersey which has now been shelved due to lack of credibility compared to London.

So what was mooted as a full IPO and primary listing in March now looks like one foot in London with a holding company.

phil1969 Highway do not hold 8%, they are receiving 8% interest on the loan.
Having said that, as you say it is intriguing.
Will Mylux continue to acquire a raft of high risk, potentially high
reward companies, funded by institutional investors in London.
Those investors funding via Highway, which will continue on life support.
At some point the reversal can then take place.
Proof of this theory would be an ever increasing flow of news.

I'm more intrigued by Mylux SPV more than I am Multipay.

Mylux look an interesting vehicle in which high risk investments are being acquired.
Mylux may have bought a 48% share of an up and coming payment service company, but HWC's 8% share of Mylux is the more interesting story.

The two directors running Mylux have an interesting background and connections especially Hans Rutger Krieg (Specialties: Specialised in corporate structuring, involving the use of Cypriot (and Dutch) entities, for international clients, including corporations and high net worth individuals.)
More digging to be done.

There has to be more to this than appears in the RNS, because there has to be more to this.

You don't appoint the three new directors for this.

More news to follow, but for the time being I'm scratching my head.

Quick Thought – Disappointed and then intrigued.
Believe Maciej Szytko and Dariusz Zych will soon convert their loans into Highway Capital shares.
Mylux Holdings incorporated in Cyprus on 27th November 2014 - info
Hans Rutger Krieg – Provides incorporation and tax advise etc. for Cyprus entities hxxp://www.equationcs.com/EN/index.html
Annh Neapxoy – Appears as Director on 130 Companies – Just making up the numbers?
Secretary – Maxted Limited – Incorporated in Cyprus on 10th September 2012 - info
Renate Petride hxxps://cy.linkedin.com/in/renate-petrides-033a3458
Knows Rutger Krieg (Cyprus is not large and ex pats are fewer)
Dorien Anne-Marie Mulder – Provides Admin Services
Multipay Poland – Quick search, yet to locate any information.
Given modern Software Entity – could grow rapidly with little initial capital.
This is, as most no doubt most agree, not the main event
Negatives – Cyprus connection – only purpose to disguise movement of assets – opaque
Positives – London Main Market Listing, Institution has put in modest amount at 5% with (as it is Cyprus and Highway's only asset is it's Listing) no collateral.

Why bother with London Listing if all is not as it should be.
Conclusion – A further and continual flow of news over the next few months.

ANDREW the previous loan was £120k on 15 July 2015. Then this one of £20k on 31 March 2016, i.e. 36 weeks later.

If the loans are funding ongoing running costs, then the £20k will last about 6 weeks, as phil1969 has already calculated somewhere above. If they are only being introduced for specific transactions, then it's anybody's guess.

Either way, this seems to be coming to a head one way or another.

New Directors buying a shareholding is the next signal I think, however that may come the same time as a deal, so just have to be patient I suppose.

I guess so loobrush. It's easy to imagine that someone regularly mentioned in RNS is somehow more connected to the company than any other private individual. In fact you are probably right, he has no more idea what's going on than we do.

It's never wrong to take a profit, as the old adage goes, so it might well be that that's what we are seeing.

Paul Fellerman has been a holder for a long time and has been in and out of the share making a profit each time, selling those shares he has probably banked up to 100% profit so who can blame him taking some of the table. With his remaining holding -still a large slice,he is probably in for free. He probably knows no more of the future plans than we do.

There's a mystery at the heart of this phase, though. If the prospects are as good as the emerging details suggest, then why did major shareholder Paul Fellerman halve his holding from 1.1m to 560k in the first couple of weeks of April?I just can't square that with what's happening.

So new team in place and DW gone with a small handshake. Lets hope to see some action soon and fingers xxd existing shareholders somehow get an opportunity to partake in any bigger plans.
