19/11/2014 18:56 | Don't be concerned if the info is correct, capital of 100 quid.......obviously just a holding company but extremely annoying if they are bidding on real contracts.Neither of the directors are engineers or architects,it concerns me that they might be sticking the knife in,even if just verbally. Are they capable of attracting some of the real talent at Hightex? I should probably say that even though capital is stated as 100 quid,David Walkers other partner has access to considerable funds (in Brazil).....imho. | spekky
19/11/2014 17:02 | spekky - crossed my mind when I saw it was based in UK. | aaainvestment
19/11/2014 16:36 | AAA Do you remember David Walker who they had to make redundant when they closed the London office? I think he might be one of the directors at Velatex (David Peter Walker).......more worrying is that his co-director appears to be connected to Sepa-Hightex jv.......I have a theory but it might get me in bother. | spekky

19/11/2014 15:58 | I saw the website last week, and simply assumed they provided either the fabric or some services, so sort of JV partner but I saw them more of an outfit that could steal our contracts - I could be wrong. A German used to provide the bulk of the fabric, they where listed in association with the South African contracts but can't remember their name. | aaainvestment
19/11/2014 15:23 | AAA Will you double check my post 2456 to see if you agree regarding the images. | spekky
