Giglo, wasn't the patent anxiety one of the big concerns about HNRs value?
Up until recently DTU was the company's big thing. Helios and East Denver didn't feature until last summer.
An RNS now on the patent, a further test, where we get paid😘, or takeover news could prove explosive with such a low Mcap.

Been reading some saying DT Ultravert is all a big con....

If so, then this is an elaborate one and a lot of companies are being name checked, all of whom would have stepped in and stopped this.

The fees have to be paid and final drawing issued before the Grant of Patent.

Currently just an allowance until then. Should be in a few weeks time so best to get in before the announcement

If the herd buys in a significant rise could force an RNS.

Issue of notice to grant.

Notice of allowance issued on DTU patent.

Not there yet but a step forward apparently.

DTU was once the main course in the feast that is HNR but somehow after the rejection scare it had turned into a side dish.
I know very little about patents but if this is big news then perhaps things will start the long march back up.

The selling did appear to have eased off yesterday from mid morning .

No RNS so it can't be too big a deal but anything positive is to be welcomed.

Some buying pressure here could work wonders

Lodge, considering you are worried, it is interesting that you didn't quote me a series of concerns about the company.

Therefore, your concern is not actually HNR the company, but the share price which can, and will, change quickly. Take a look at the graph above....you will see that HNR generally has traded in the 20p to 40p price range from May 2016 onwards.

Your concerns are actually emotionally based and not factually.

Lodge, this is typical of such shares. You 33%' down from you 30p buy, many will have bought higher. My personal average is 25p so am down too, but been here plenty of times with other companies. Once the news flow starts, i expect to see 75p and a 200% return on my quite chunky investment. For now, i Hold and if ican afford to, top up and bring my average down. I do have fair chunk here so waiting and watching...All the best, Duxy786

Because I bought in above 30p and sitting on quite a large paper loss at present and there is a persistent daily drop in the share price with some really large rounded sells going through daily too!
