I am pleased your second ever post was as insightful as your first......

I am prepared to hold my hand up to having bought into a bit of a dog with HNR in terms of the BoD and how the business is being progressed - however as already stated once today, I do believe it will play out OK eventually but that it's going to take a lot longer than is reasonable and necessary to do so given what now looks like a clear placing strategy......

2LB, lol!! They could never make it more obvious with the round block trades, I remember about 4 weeks ago there was 9,999, then 9,998, 9,997 after what started as a 10,000 trade which told me they were taking the p*ss out of how easy they were controlling the SP! As that is one of many many p*sstakes I have seen with their trades, all hiding the buying with non-round trades! It's all an easy manipulative game to them, big money = corruption! Hopefully one day the LTH's will be rewarded with a share price in pounds, not having been share consolidation though! With a £500m or even £1b+ market capital!

2LB, it would be even nicer when all of the million's of people across the world who have taken part in such activities were in PRISON, maybe one of the Mexican type for good measure! Along with the money going to the less well off, and helping to support equality!

Yes, totally manipulated with more than a single blind eye being turned.

As a pi you always know the score in terms of being at a distinct disadvantage to the system and corruption that sits behind every market and financial instrument used, but it's still nice when it's less obvious.....

I am sure the BoD will dine well this Xmas on their nice fat salaries and share deals with the odd special present in the post......

Well 2LB, the way the share price was held in 40's and propped up with the conveniently timed news while the final warrants were being sold and then dropped with ease and never saw the 40's again, just said it all! Along with how each batch of executed and sold warrants had timed good news to help the unnamed third party sell the shares into the market!!

Depends what they think they need and how much cover they want to raise in one hit.

Fairly tried and tested approach but always means the pi is at the back of the queue in terms of being considered.

Pretty miserable drop from 44p to 29p over the past 6 weeks or so during which time they have maintained total radio silence - the recent 2 RNS updates are meaningless.

I'm still confident it will play out well over time but it's still open season for anyone wanting to short term trade it.

I've actually stopped bothering to check on HNR in the same way I do with the rest of my PF since it's just repetitive drip drip down 2%-5% a day.

May buy more below 25p should we get there.....

2LB, and much easier to raise the funds, when letting them know what we don't, so they know they are onto as close to a a sure thing as possible, so much lower risk and high reward. Do you see a placing coming soon at around 30p then? Rather than say more warrants, convertible loans, notes, joint venture or any other form of funding?

I think it's the former - much easier to attract investment and to make it look lkie a "good" deal when announced.

Then hit the market with the decent updates and look like a hero at 70p plus

2LB, what to attract large third party investors, so they can offer them a cheap placing to raise the necessary funds for East Denver? Or to attract a takeover for a quick profit and turnaround of their funds?? Wouldn't they rather get out all the positive Helium & Natural Gas, DTU etc RNS's and get the share price high so they have competitors wanting in??

Why do you think the share price this low?

In July 2016, they stated they were in "Advanced discussions" regarding financing of the East Denver project but now virtually 2017 and NOTHING, and they need to raise a hell lot more MONEY with the increased project and the cash burn of the other projects!!!!!

With only 64 million shares in issue, we can afford to raise some if we need too and still have a small mkt cap, but at the moment we don't need too.
