05/11/2016 15:57 | Netflix, Highlands is a town in the US near Denver. Think that is the name association. Regardless if you think this is a POS the name of it is not exactly an issue. It is here for ease of capital raising and market listing. Again nothing unusual about such, lots of companies list on exchanges in different countries that they hold no links either operation or location with. | keya5000
05/11/2016 15:30 | No beef as you like to put it, just merely wanting to understand their rather bizarre setup? As they are based and have all their assets/operations in the USA, thus it be economical and more logical to be operated in the USA? As there are no tax benefits, or even grants/social funding advantages in the UK. As I'm sure you understand being a British company it would be logical that using "Highlands" in your company name that it would relate to the Highlands in Scotland. If you had a global business opportunity the USA is a better location to market and operate it from than the UK, FACT! It is not as if they are based in Serbia (As an example), and then you could understand such a decision! Also, where did you get Robert Brooks Price's contact number from? | netflix2016
05/11/2016 15:15 | +1 (0) 303 322 1066 for RP 1. why are they listed in the UK yet all their investments are in the USA Globalization 2. The main directors being American and based in the USA? Make sense as that's where the activity is 3. Why Highlands? What is the relevance of that, as they are hardly anything to do with the Scottish? The term highlands is not exclusive to Scotland, it is used to denote any mountainous region or elevated mountainous plateau. Generally speaking, upland (or uplands) tends to refer to ranges of hills, typically up to 500-600 m. Highland (or highlands) is usually reserved for ranges of low mountains. I note you haven't taken issue with the use of the term 'Natural' or even 'Resources' yet. I sense you just have a beef with HNR... | mumbles356
05/11/2016 15:02 | mumbles356, there is NO contact telephone number on their website! Also why are they listed in the UK yet all their investments are in the USA, also the main directors being American and based in the USA? Also why Highlands? What is the relevance of that, as they are hardly anything to do with the Scottish? | netflix2016

05/11/2016 13:34 | REAL or FAKE??????? As previously announced on 20 October, all 30 million warrants purchased by the institutional investor have been exercised, and neither Diversion nor the Institutional Investor continue to hold any additional warrants. The series of transactions completed between Diversion and the Institutional Investor resulted in GBP 7.5 million in cash inflows for Highlands, which has put the company in a greatly enhanced position to execute key initiatives such as Helios Two, DT Ultravert and East Denver. Please follow this link to the announcement regarding the last exercise of the Institutional Investor’s warrants:highlandsnr Additionally, regarding any exercise of warrants or sale of stock by management, I would underscore that any such actions would require announcement to the market, and to date neither Diversion nor myself have sold shares in Highlands, nor have I exercised personal warrants. I thank you for your continued interest in Highlands. Please let me know if you have any additional questions or comments. Regards, Robert Robert B. 04/11/2016 15:53 | The_Merlion I did not realise a single poster on LSE had that sort of power to control an share price I know him personally and has been invested since March last year and has never sold a share so your assumption is incorrect. Still at least your response is not from the company. They would not and are not allowed to issue this personally to anybody via email. Only way is through an RNS so was pointless asking the question IMO | g1g4lo

04/11/2016 12:45 | I read the ''story'' on LSE yesterday from the poster D14MOND. I believed he was doing this to encourage selling so he could re-buy cheaper. I have contacted the company via email and via the broker Cenkos. Here is the reply: Q/ Good afternoon. I have a question on the above company please. I am a large shareholder, and have over 1m shares as of today. I have held these since late 2015, therefore I have been involved with the company at the time of the selling of the Diversion warrant shares recently. This process impacted the share price significantly. Now that has been concluded, and shareholders were expecting a period of share price recovery, we find ourselves back with a large seller in the market. There are mutterings that this is Mr Price converting his founder warrant shares, which means he has to sell some HNR holding shares to release funds to convert the founder warrant shares. Can you confirm if this is what is going on here. Shareholders have suffered long enough, and should be entitled to this information. Regards xxxxxxxxxxxxxx A/ Dear Mr xxxxxxxxx We can confirm that we are not aware, and neither do we believe, that Mr Price is selling shares or exercising his warrants. As a director of the company, any dealing in the company's shares would be announceable. Furthermore, as a major shareholder, any significant change in Mr Price's holding would also be announceable. I think in these circumstances you should conclude that Mr Price is not selling nor exercising his warrants. I hope that is helpful. Kind regards Nick | the_merlion
