I was in HNR early doors post IPO. Doing a bit of googling and interesting that Mark Stephenson, one of the board members at a new shell "Mila Resources" (IPO'ed on friday last week), was a significant shareholder in Highlands Resources when that came to market.....lets hope Mila's share price can do as well as HNR!!

Also Neil Herbert is one of Mila's advisors....and a board member of Helium One, a private co with one of the biggest Helium finds:

I like the fact they seem to deliver work as promised so they should commence the six well program on the low risk Denver Julesburg Basin Niobrara shale before year end with an announcement soon.

Highlands Natural Resources PLC (HNR) is continuing to advance conversations with potential industry and financing partnersRecently said it has started to test its re-fracking technology named DT Ultravert alongside three partners in the US and published the independent reserves report published for the East Denver Niobrara farm-in project.Highlands shares were up 16% to 32.45 pence per share on Tuesday morning.Highlands said testing of DT Ultravert has commenced in the Piceance basin alongside Laramie Energy, Schlumberger Ltd and Calfrac Well Services Corp. The aim is to test the application in its ability to protect existing wells from “bashing”;.Bashing, which occurs during fracking operations when the frac fluid of an adjacent well, infiltrates the wellbores of other nearby wells – reducing or destroying the production and reserves.“As well spacing decreases due to infill drilling, the density of wellbores is increasing across many major shale plays. It is a potentially serious problem as public oil and gas companies that experience bashing must reduce their publicly announced reserves proportionately, and banks also reduce their lending limits in proportion to destruction of reserves and production,” said Highlands.Well are now being drilled in the Piceance basin in close proximity to test the effectivness of DT Ultravert in terms of bashing. Laramie and Highlands have both faced problems with bashing in the past and have therefore agreed to try the technology out on the wells in the hope it can protect them from bashing in the future.Highlands is financing all of the parent well protection costs as part of its research and development and commercialisation efforts related to DT Ultravert.Separately, Highlands said an independent engineering report over the East Denver Niobrara farm-in project has been completed by MaCartney Engineering LLC. Highlands acquired the right to drill up to six wells in the Niobrara formation on three sections in Arapahoe County, Colorado from Renegade Oil and Gas Co.Highlands has subsequently filed spacing unit applications with the relevant authorities, which if successful, will enable up to two-mile horizontal well bores originating from the farm-in locations controlled by Highlands.

Under £4m market cap and 50 and 200dma golden cross formed - break above 3p and straight to 10p...Was right with MAYA, WSG and absolutely right with ACP.DYOR

Anyone with profits should take a look at PHE that will be the really big riser for the future? I am just shy of a 20%?shareholding so I am a bit biased but DYOR new video showing the plant working turning plastic waste to electricity Win win

From Fridays RNS - seems to suggest that whether DT Ultravert works or not, isnt even a question. All systems go from this statement.

Highlands CEO Robert Price said, "This final sale by Diversion increases the potential new funds for Highlands to a total of GBP7.5 million, including the GBP5 million that Highlands has already received from earlier warrant exercises. Taking into account the potential funds from today's transaction, we are now well placed to advance all of our core projects: the deployment of DT Ultravert, the development of Helios Two and the drilling programme in our Colorado acreage."
