HIGHBRIDGE MULTI-STRATEGY FUND LIMITED (THE 'COMPANY')
TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES
The Company announces that on 6 January, 2017 it purchased 500,000 Ordinary Sterling Shares of no par value ('Ordinary Shares') at an average price per share of 198.50 pence each.
The Ordinary Shares purchased will be held in treasury on acquisition. Following the above purchase, the total number of Ordinary Shares held by the Company in treasury is 28,556,614.
Following the above purchase, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 103,071,119. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 131,627,733 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
