I dont know about what Jo states but is the suggestion that a disciplined/fines/suspended registered rep now works for HICH? If so, who? I would like to check the registry for myself and contact HICH's compliance Director if there is such a person employed by them.

I am certainly suspicious of how one major shareholder managed to get a large block of HICH sub £1.

Hich now very good value, market cap £49m with £15m in cash gives £34m ent value, £7m for this year and £12m for next look reasonable profit targets (the £12m given by the CEO in an interview last month)putting them on ent value at at less than 5x this year profit and less than 3x next years, whilst earnings growth running at over 100%. The defamatory remarks made above look like sour grapes or a desperate shorting tactic. I remain long and will pick up more next week.

For what it's worth, I trust tried to open my very first short today on this but IG wouldn't allow it as they are only accepting closing deals.

BTW was long on this but closed on day of results, looks like a good company but the chart is telling us a different story.

And of course they have to trace the originator of the posts first!

Not impossible, but certainly requires some effort and expense.

I know nothing of the events you allege and nor do I know any of the people you name. I know a Mr Laiker. I had an account at Adams and Neville.

However, it is inconceivable to me that HICH would employ somebody who has been proved to have acted along the lines you describe. One reason is that the FSA would not tolerate it.

I am surprised that you have not received a writ for defamation - or at least so I suppose.
