Who are the people buying today?

1.People averaging down.

many have made this mistake only to be in worse financial position
down the line.

2.People buying on hope of bounce after large % fall

I PUT THIS DOWN TO THE TITANIC SYNDROME.

You will always find somebody willing to board just to listen to the
band play.

Think you will see some huge sells timed now and earlier appear towards the end of the day. MMs delaying them for some reason.

The days of everyone buying a share because it drops 40% are gone.

ask your self this question from a small sale trade 113 there were 7 follow on buys then another sale trade 121 the price sold was 2p lower than the bid shown, now with all those buys!! it seems the mm are having a Ball they know its worth.

Turnaround earliest 2006 , have 25 million of costs in 2004/2005 , so no profit earliest 2006.

As said this will not hold up at this price and looks a good short if you do short stocks

Thanx for your comments. I just wondered where you got your valuation figures, or were they indicative of what you 'feel' is their worth?

Would you buy stock today @ this price?
I think not,the dividend has been holding the stock high.
Look at companies like invensys @ one point dividend 12%
everybody said buy for the dividend{stock collapsed on same news}
As for making money out of a recovery play all will depend on the company
doing an about turn and keeping part of the divi in short term, long term as company states its a 2yr turnround.

ok read this bit and tell me why you should buy at this price ??

My target is 25p

"The total charge related to the above is circa #25m of which circa #12m is cash
to be expended over 2003 and 2004. It is expected that this cash outflow will
produce a payback in two years."

So on top of the £3 million loss there will be another £25 million...

I did hold these a short time ago , sold after the divi. Glad I did !

Now there will be over 3 million loss for the year the debt looks like it will cripple the company. Share dilution looks a cert

How do you arrive at 55-65p? I do not hold yet either, but may look at a recovery play.
