Posted at 13/12/2007 13:54 by skyracer I hold both HUA and KIL. IMO HUA is worth far more than 130p. |
Posted at 02/10/2007 07:22 by what is a login ? There is a write-up on HUA in today's Questor (Daily Telegraph) |
Posted at 12/4/2007 16:19 by what is a login ? This is the only information I have regarding the dividend.DIVIDEND AMOUNT 2.50p TOTAL 2.50p PERIOD H2 Dividend PROVISIONAL EX DATE 04-04-2007 PAYMENT DATE 20-06-2007 I think it's a good sign that the share price didn't dip when HUA went ex div. last week. Also there have been two small but significant director buys in the last few days. |
Posted at 04/4/2007 08:32 by taylor20 Couple of questions regarding the dividend:I assume HUA is ex-div today (10th April being the record date, an odd choice)? From the results, am I right in assuming that next year, there will likely be an interim and a final dividend, providing a full year dividend around 5p, yielding ~ 5% ? (I seem to remember KBC Peel Hunt, quoting an expected yield of around > 6%, when the Share price was around the 70s). |
Posted at 12/12/2006 16:20 by what is a login ? Hip hip hua! We've gone through the 100 barrier! Just when I'd stopped bothering to look! |
Posted at 04/12/2006 08:10 by liarspoker A nice quiet thread here, just how I like them.Looks like HUA is on the way back up. Did you buy into HUA this AM M.T ? |
Posted at 02/12/2006 16:26 by what is a login ? There a lot of growth insurance companies around but not all of them grow. I have a feeling HUA may take longer than I expected to pass the 100p mark. It's already done spectacularly well. I have bought a seedling stake in BPM.(I got the idea from Tom - see previous posting) They specialise in selecting growth insurance companies. The share price is heading north after an initial drop a while back and if it maintains momentum it will soon be back at the floatation price set earlier this year. |
Posted at 29/11/2006 09:23 by what is a login ? Concerning Richard Ratner. There was a man on CNBC this morning talking about Tesco reducing non-food prices, deflation and a grim outlook for non-food items - except niche and luxury retailers and maybe Marks and Sparks. He knew what he was talikng about. It turned out to be none other than the ubiquitous Richard Ratner! I think HUA will be all right. Wonder why it's called Heritage? |
