Update

On 10 May 2016, the Company confirmed that it had sufficient working capital to last until approximately the end of May 2016. The Company confirms that due to prudent cash management, it now has sufficient working capital to last until next week. There can be no guarantee that the Company will be able to trade after that time.

The Company also confirms that it is in discussions in respect of the advancement of a small, short term loan from its significant shareholders. There can be no guarantee that the loan will be advanced at this stage, and further updates will be provided in due course.

The Company also confirms that negotiations with Golden Rim Resources Limited for the sale of Herencia's 70% interest in Paguanta, announced on 10 May 2016 and 13 May 2016 are progressing well. There can be no guarantee that this transaction will complete and further updates will be provided in due course.

Only 1 more trading day before the GM vote. 99% will vote yes, so we can fund are other assets. This sale will leave us cash positive so lets hope they use the money wisely. We should see the share price building up towards the GM and after, as news comes in with there payments.

Time will tell deltalo,i hope t\he deal DOES go through.I have held these shares for eight years and have seen the company decline rapidly over time with a dead beat management team of the last five years.

Marty, I disagree there. Seems there is a positive view on HER side and GMR. share price of GMR went up 25% yesterday so it seems there is positivity on both sides.

Im getting anxious as we move closer to the 28 day window for the deal to be finalised and th GM next friday. Only 3 days before the vote. Im sure it will be passed.

I presume that "for working capital purposes" includes salaries and flights hither and thither.The sheer audacity is mind-boggling.How the hell can selling Paguanta which was the very reason that most bought Herencia in the first place,be considered "a positive development".This is a complete farce. Application of Sale Proceeds The Directors believe that this proposal represents a positive development for the Company. Assuming the transaction proceeds it intends to use the proceeds of the disposal to assess a number of new opportunities the Company has been reviewing and to assist with development work on the Company's existing projects; and for working capital purposes. The Paguanta project does not represent all or substantially all of Herencia's activities or assets so Herencia will initially focus its efforts on developing its other key assets - Picachos and Guamanga, in addition to exploring other opportunities in the natural resources sector within Chile.

I know its not what they say but what they do but Im invested here so I do hope it all goes through and they keep to there word. You said you and me so does that mean your invested here also? .

they are not worry about you or me, or even this company

as long as they can milk this cow to the last drop, they lie and do anything to prolong their stay

it would be a big big mistake to keep this company under the same team and BOD even if this NEW BS deal goes through
