22/2/2007 14:25 | JONNO Offer is 0.55 EPG + 1.5p for one Heritage so for 25000 is 13750 EPG I think. tt | talltalk
22/2/2007 14:21 | TDW do deal on ASX, just not online. If you wish to sell ring them up and give them a limit order to enter into the ASX order book over (our) night. 25000 * 0.55 = 13750 EPG 25000 * 1.5p = £375 You should have both | rapier686
22/2/2007 14:11 | talktalk so where are they then?, I also have some with TDW and they are still visible but untradeable. if I had 25000 HEP then how many EPG do I now have? do you know? cheers | jonno1
22/2/2007 13:48 | Hello JONNO1 I am also in selftrade .I have the cash but no shares. Not sure if we can hold EPG in the account. tt | talltalk
22/2/2007 13:33 | Cheque was from European Gas drawn on Barclay's Bank but was paid out by Capita on their behalf. According to the Offer document the cash settlement to Crest shareholders was "procuring the creation of an assured payment obligation in fovour of the heritage shareholders payment bank" Don't really know what this means but would infer that funds would be credited to your crest account. Person dealing with it at capita was Carli Barton CBarton@capitaregist | ecosseson
21/2/2007 12:10 | Hi ecosseson Could you tell me where your cheque came from? Mine for my Crest holding hasn't turned up (though I got two copies of the statement of holdings), so I need to chase them up. | buffin
19/2/2007 18:03 | I can see my cash in my seltrade account, but no EPG shares??? | jonno1
19/2/2007 15:07 | Showing in Selftrade but not TDW. | buffin
19/2/2007 14:52 | Cheque dated 16th arrived today | ecosseson
16/2/2007 10:40 | Yes I've had two copies of a computershare statement over the past few days - identical. | buffin
16/2/2007 10:31 | Received statement from Computershare showing allotment of EPG shares but no cash. | ecosseson
15/2/2007 17:45 | No. Offer went unconditional on the 2nd, cash stated as arriving within 14 days so I suppose they've still got tomorrow. But next week might be time to start chasing. | rapier686
15/2/2007 17:07 | Has anyone got their cash yet? | buffin
05/2/2007 10:33 | This is no surprise, we knew it would happen. I expect they'll let the recalcitrants stew. | buffin
05/2/2007 10:12 | My o My what will happen now Perhaps we will never find out?. What happens if they offer them cash or greater offer? can they do that ? | lmhardy01
05/2/2007 08:44 | Further to the announcement of 2 February 2007 that the recommended share and cash offer by Ambrian Partners Limited on behalf of European Gas Limited for Heritage Petroleum Plc has been declared unconditional in all respects, the directors of Heritage Petroleum plc announce that the company has applied to withdraw its securities from the PLUS Market with effect from close of business on Friday 9 February 2007. | buffin
02/2/2007 09:17 | ... especially as EPG will doubtless continue to be ruthless. | buffin
02/2/2007 08:45 | Minority shareholder in such a private company would be a very uncomfortable position. Without a shareholder agreement EPG will be making all the decisions and they may not be what the minority interest would like. Perhaps even selling their interest to EPG for £xxx. Or raising £yyy for development by a huge mega-rights issue. Bruce Rowan is far braver than me if he'll continue to hold out. | rapier686
02/2/2007 07:26 | Yes, as I mentioned a couple of days ago! | buffin
02/2/2007 02:21 | EPG note today - see below - They intend to do this even though they have only approximately 86.9 per cent. of the existing issued ordinary share capital in the bag. Sounds like the minority shareholders are going to be done like a dinner. INTENDED DE-LISTING OF HERITAGE FROM PLUS MARKETS As the Offer has now become unconditional in all respects, it remains the intention of European Gas to apply for the Heritage Shares to be de-listed from trading on PLUS Markets. | lmhardy01
31/1/2007 21:10 | Is this now going to become a EPG chat list outsider ? or are you going to start again with a new thread ? | lmhardy01
31/1/2007 15:23 | Announcement now reposted with amended dates. Delisting from Plus will concentrate the minds of any recalcitrants, I expect. | buffin
31/1/2007 13:14 | Good spot. They're still showing January acceptance dates! | buffin
31/1/2007 12:41 | Heritage have now announced that EPG gone unconditional at 86.9%. Hopefully Bruce Rowan will be left behind as a minority shareholder as he refused to accept EGL's offer | ecosseson |
