Thanks SpectoAcc sorry to clog the board with my moaning. Something else good came out of this though and thats talking to
they say their mission is:

"to represent the interests of private investors"

With one conversation they were able to explain the process the broker goes through in the background and possible outcomes in these situations which helped a lot. They also suggested the next step if things wern't sorted also very useful and in an unexpected direction.

I understand they have a free news letter promoting activist share activities and a more detailed one for paying subscribers.

Next interest on HPEQ (barring disposals news) is the NAV fig in a couple of weeks, the first one post-tender, hoping for not much change from last figs.

Selftrade have mentioned issues with Equinity(?) the registrar. I would top up if I get the tender cash and the £600 loss rectified!

I think most made problem in one or other way ,In TDW when you try to check on buy or sell and in side comes as minus holding rather then real so no one can sell from there and in Barc still no money yet.Keeping for few days ?? or only Barc did not get paid by HPEQ ?
all other did pay except BARC so far

Hmm I've rung them twice now and sent a secure message which remains unopened. I've havent been on the case as its only a small amount but now the time taken is becomming counter productive in other areas.

They've still not sorted it @Praipus? Selftrade were the best of my 3 brokers - all sorted last week, first the remaining stock reappeared, then a few days later the cash dropped in. Long before TD & Barc. I'd give them a ring.

Same here - about 50% in TD, and c.40% in BARC. Surprised so many didn't tender, though per above, they should get the last laugh with the final payout being (hopefully) inside the next 6 months and (seemingly) higher still.

Edit - now filled @ 41.9%.

Filled @ TDW at 1400hrs for 50%. Very happy with that.
