no1butler,

Would you be prepared to meet, and discuss areas in which you might be able to assist in building a case against the directors of HML?

Oh dear - yet another shambles and one which is becoming ever familiar.

Best of luck folks with your complaints and any action you decide to take.

Chairman promised a lot and produced nothing for excellent science from Pardoe and for shareholders. Worse still while trying to raise cash recently he was also trying to sell the IP. Strangely he has bought this now very cheaply and I wonder if he has the buyer still in place at a lot more money primed to stuff all of you unfortunate punters!!!FACT

Start at the first rns and work your way through

phone named people and try to place together dates and facts.

I keep harping on but Humphrey Birley was anmed as undertaking trials

some months after he said never took place.

You need to spend some time and effort and get your
information to the Police.

The fsa are not interested. I know this for a fact . I phoned them
on a couple of occasions regarding the above.

The first inception of hml onto offex makes for very interesting reading.
The company should never have been allowed to trade.

The hardest part for AK/IP WAS GETTING ONTO THE MARKET.

I would also suggest Hoodless involved aswell as Brewins. 4years ago I
used to phone the named guy and he is either thick or in on it.

Hb used to drop millions of shares into the market prior to
placings.

Still think if you go after AK@IP you will need to find out what
happened between Intervet and HML, they must have corresponded regarding
the vacine, as I stated before Intervet will only disclose to authorities,
so either involve the police, if the investor group has enough info to
interest them, or employ a solicitor, can`t see any other way of proving
fraud, and at the end of the day that`s what we`re trying to prove.

Mr Hicken

As stated below, we assure you where concerns arise in relation to a company compliance with the AIM Rules, the Exchange investigates any potential breaches of those rules and takes appropriate action where necessary. Again as noted below we are unable to comment unless and until such time as any public disciplinary action is imposed as our duty of confidentiality precludes us from doing so.

You should note that following Brewin Dolphin's resignation as nomad yesterday, pursuant to AIM Rule 1, if the company is unable to appoint a new nomad within one month, its AIM securities will be cancelled with effect from 7am 22 October 2010.

Kind regards

AIM Regulation

So 18 months of nothing so we go all quiet and they can then start doing the deals and avoid overpaying as per the terms of the asset purchase

brokers, PR company, auditors, tax man, employees are all creditors
administrators receive first £70,000 and the balance to the directors therefore AK & IP paid £70,000 not £115,000

funding dried up, i asked previously , why exactly did HML go into administration, the only creditors appear to be AK and IP

Henderson Morley directors buy back assets
22nd September 2010

FORMER directors of failed Birmingham pharmaceutical Henderson Morley have bought back the assets of the business from administrators.

Andrew Knight and Ian Pardoe are both directors and shareholders of Dawnglow Ltd, which has purchased the patents and equipment of the former Moseley firm in a deal worth £120,000.

Administrator Chantry Vellacott said £105,000 was spent to secure the product patents and £15,000 for the lab equipment.

Further considerations include 25% of any revenues generated in respect of the patents in the first 12 months and 10% of any revenues in the following six months.

Henderson Morley collapsed at the end of August when funding dried up. Mr Knight and Mr Pardoe had been in talks with a third party to try and save the firm but these failed to mature.

In further announcement yesterday, Brewin Dolphin Corporate Advisory and Broking said it had resigned as advisor to Henderson Morley with immediate effect.
