Tom might want to be viewed as a champion, however they were brokers and PR company, got paid to do so - and ramped and ramped. How quickly people forget! No champion IMHO.

The whole point is to act as a cohesive unit, all acting in a common cause, rather then in different directions, organisation is the key. There is a lot that can be done.

As for being part of the new hml shareholder world, I'm happy to be involved but do not have the energy, time or resource required to be any sort of figurehead. My job means I'm invariably travelling and unfortunately I really do need to knuckle down and pay the bills. After all, I've lost £120k and unlike Mike Dunne, have never been a millionaire so I need to reappraise where I am. I'd support pranch or tilts to lead us. I would urge either to use the full resources at hand and I would urge Tilts to call Tom as I've recently been in regular contact and I suspect he wants to help us (as much as he can).

The only salvation is surely a compilation of information to prove that the NOMAD was negligent in its approval of the HML RNS stream

Tom's missive clearly shows that HML shareholders were misled

A successful action against BRewins to claim damages against them could in theory result in Shareholders (excl AK & IP) receiving some sort of reward

It would also hit AK & IP significantly

What is needed is Mike Dunne and others with true insight to the deception that AK & IP have delivered to spill the beans (off here of course). Then someone savvy like Tiltonboy can work out who and how we progress this. Who knows, maybe Tom will be willing to support this (he has resources).

If the IP is worthless as stated by the adminstrator, then why did the two directors purchase it via another company?

He's got a website, funny enough he's mentioned AIM recently as a way for small companies to raise money, he would be someone who would want to clean it up.
