21/9/2010 16:24 | If AK is thinking of making a permanent move to america. Any investigation by the FSA or similar will do serious damage to his green card ! Any moves you guys are thinking of making needs to be done quickly! Toms letter should help! | no1butler
21/9/2010 16:13 | Hang on didn't TW and his companies promote, ramp, broker HML. Surely they should have done SOME research before hand. All are just as bad as each other IMO. | orado
21/9/2010 16:05 | At last we have a start on some of the information we need to progress matters. Hopefully the relevant authorities may start to take notice. My views on the duo are well publicised, but not for one minute did I ever believe they would stoop this low. | tiltonboy

18/9/2010 10:35 | Which authority could we get to ask SPAH ? Just one question could probably make all of this a lot clearer. Surely the administrator would have the right to do this. | spike9
18/9/2010 10:15 | Interims in April - Retained Earnings over a three year period (7,610,371) (6,561,240) (7,081,406) = well done AIM, increased regulation anyone? | sensei10
18/9/2010 09:39 | I believe TW said he was going to comment. TW = Bishopsgate, doesn't it? | orado
18/9/2010 09:06 | Sensei, very difficult to get information on the collaboration with Intervet(spah), emailed them, they said they would only answer to authorities, I guess that will be the case with every company HML have been involved with, they won`t want to be dragged into this sorry afair. And while we are at it, what about the Hybridian report, they must have based their valuation on information supplied by HML, which now we know was nonsense, might be worth contacting them. Truff. | trufflehound
18/9/2010 07:20 | Thefruits, I hope that you are well mate - sorry to see this end like this and you take a loss. When will something be done about the AIM? I strongly believe that this may now be worth pursuing on the Courts - there is nil value in the view of the administrator, the company is worthless, despite the endless RNS announcements over many years. I will not comment any further on here, albeit my focus would be on establishing the validty of RNS announcements. I count myself lucky that I ended 17k up on HML trading into the 6p rise at the time but losing 3k two months ago when I made my decision to sell. This has been used to fund a lifestyle for directors imo. Shocking. Sensei | sensei10
18/9/2010 07:09 | What about the Non-Executive Director:- Professor Michael Fowler, BSc Hons (Lond) PhD (Cantab) Cbiol FIBiol FRSA Emeritus Professor of Biotechnology in the University of Sheffield | jack1236
18/9/2010 00:54 | The most unbelievable aspect of all of this is why by lending an extra £5K eachHML would provide debentures & cross guarantees between the Co as security. It probably cost HML £5K in solicitors fees to execute this. Also where did the remaining members get the powers from to sign these securities effectively signing away all of the companies assets for a song. This should never have happened & the administrator should have picked this up in his research. This is quite quite unbelievable. AK must be laughing all the way to the Bank. What happened to KHV & its 96% efficacy. Was this just fictitious? Grumpy PI. | billthebank
