DECLARES FOURTH INTERIM DIVIDEND FOR THE
YEAR ENDED 31 AUGUST 2016
Henderson International Income Trust plc has declared a fourth interim dividend of 1.20p per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 31 August 2016 payable on 30 November 2016 to shareholders registered on 28 October 2016. This brings the total dividend paid to date in respect of the financial year ended 31 August 2016 to 4.65p (2015:4.50p) and is to be paid from the Company's revenue account. The Company's shares go ex-dividend on 27 October 2016.
The Directors anticipate the Company will be able to sustain future interim dividends at this increased level.
