Final details of the Scheme

Further to the announcement made on 22 April 2016 regarding the passing of the special resolution putting Henderson Global Trust plc (the "Company") into liquidation and giving final effect to the Proposals, the Company can confirm the final details of the Scheme.

Under the terms of the Scheme, the Residual NAV calculated in accordance with the Scheme, as announced on 25 April 2016, was 421.19 pence (after the deduction of Scheme costs and the Liquidation Fund).

Shareholders that have elected to receive HINT Shares will receive 3.3206 HINT Shares for every Ordinary Share and for Shareholders that have elected to receive BNKR Shares will receive 0.6599 BNKR Shares for every Ordinary Share.

On the basis of the elections (or deemed elections) by the Company's shareholders, as announced on 15 April 2016, a total of 75,234,056 HINT Shares and 9,413,453 BNKR Shares will be issued to Shareholders with Admission expected on 26 April 2016.
