It did go a couple of percent below NAV months back when Emerging Markets were out of favour - I got mine at 292p with NAV around 300p IIRC - I doubt you will get in at much more of a discount than that unless there is a real panic.

been watching this one for a while (great divi) and no denying the share price is looking v good imo. Put off a bit by the relationship with nav. Am I too cautious?

Given that the income element in the share price is only 3.6p, that's 1.1p coming out of capital. Still, the Directors must be confident if they are increasing the divi again. Must get some of these!

Third Interim Dividend



The directors have declared a Third interim dividend of 4.70p (four point seven zero pence) per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 31 August 2014. The dividend will be paid on 29 August 2014 to shareholders on the register (the record date) on 8 August 2014. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 6 August 2014.
