bc4 Yes, the seller is today off-loading a number of 100,000 share lots, as well as parts that add up to that amount. About as discreet as a SLEDGEHAMMER.

Looks like there is a persistent seller in the background which is dragging the price down and people lose a little patience, they are now looking undervalued to me IMHO

I'll hold too.
IMO recent price moves are more to do with the markets than HHR.

It'd be nice to FINALLY get the long term Autofocus claim sorted & paid.
Could turn into another special dividend,
or some interesting form of corporate action?

Originally a speculative buy, this has become a long for me
since the rights at 2.5p

Capricious so too am I. Amusing myself by arguing with the idiots that have taken over the FJET BB at the moment. It will be an interesting week here I believe. It was always going to be a bumpy ride but the team are excellent and I am content to sit back and watch the further progress.

ant15 - I'm confident that patience will be rewarded.

Results due in September. Happy to wait. I don't think much will happen until then.

Small piece on AIM companies in this week's Investors Chronicle discusses Helphire's background. 'Hold' recommendation.

This may have been mentioned already, but Robbie Burns has bought HHR. He lists a stop at 6, so he may have sold already.

Patience required with HHR but any company that pays off that amount of debt and returns to profitability has to be worth a look.

Found support at 6p with an orderly bounce back up after dropping to 5.7 - 5.8p early in the day.

... by way of the issue of new Helphire ordinary shares ("Helphire Shares") with a value of up to GBP10.5 million. Helphire will also acquire net external working capital debt and shareholder loans of approximately GBP8.2 million, most of which will be settled on or after completion.

... The first tranche of Helphire Shares and a proportion of the second will be subject to a 12 month lock in followed by a 12 month orderly market arrangement.

For last couple of months we have had occasional days with exceptional volume (like today and last Monday?) Anybody have any theories about where this volume is coming from?
Did New Law get any shares? I would have thought they they would be subject to lock in if they did?
Otherwise who keeps buying/selling in these large numbers?(quite often on a Monday by the look of it)

Think a few stops were hit this morning. Don't use them anymore to easy to lose out on a spike.

Could this be related to people transferring to their ISA?

Next year I'm going to log off for 1 week. Seeing similar unexplained movements across the board.

could be a organised shorting attack - no other reason apparent.
